Great gluten free gnocci
It’s impossible to get gluten free gnocci in my area, so this is a great find. Takes a short time to prepare and one pack is plenty for two people if all you want for dinner is a big bowl of gnocci. Probably 4 people if it’s a side! Tastes good on its own (which hasn’t been my experience with all brands) and even better with sauces. Doesn’t fall apart, get super mushy, or lose its shape if prepared correctly.

So happy to find Gluten free Gnocchi and quite delicious
I added about a half package to soup that I was making as soon as the liquid was boiling and they cooked in just a few minute as directed and were absolutely perfect and delicious....I did not cook them separately as the directions said and as far as I could tell, it did not matter at all in the finished product! Next time I will try the directions as stated and see if there is actually a difference in the finished product....It is not easy to find a variety in gluten free foods and I am so delighted to have these and the gluten free egg noodles which I plan to try later this week....Try these if you need gluten free - you will like them!!

So glad to find this!
When I had to go gluten-free, I missed one of my favorite meals, a 30-minute sheet pan dinner with gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil leaves. That was the first thing we made when these arrived, and it was delicious! And since potatoes are the first ingredient in gnocchi anyway, the taste is close enough that non gluten-free eaters shouldn't be able to tell. The only difference is the texture is not as gummy as those that contain wheat, a plus in my opinion.
