I really like these bars. I was first introduced to these in basic training for the Army and have loved them ever since. I will say that I can buy them cheaper at a physical store.

Once you get used to the changes Kashi made the bars are really good, low in calories and sugar.They were shipped very quickly.

They are tasty, travel well, and take the edge off if you need a little something to nosh on before meal time.Kashi bars keep well and have a nice taste and texture—are not to sweet—so I try to always have 1-2 in my handbag (and/or a box in my car) to tide me over until mealtime. They are tasty and come in handy on really busy days.

Sad they stopped producing.

What I do not like is that size of bar is being shortened. A few years ago it was a larger size. Now same packing but shorter bar.... not nice.

We’ve purchased these many times but on our most recent order, the Kashi bars are so hard instead of soft and chewy and the date is good until October 22

I enjoy the Kashi bars when I exercise if I need a carbohydrate boost. The taste is mild honey flavor, and I know I get good nutrition from the reputation of brand. The combination of the nuts and the seven Kashi grains provides a lot for me when I exert myself. I also like them very much.
