I have used these Powerstep insoles for over four years now. Before this I had recurrent problems with plantar fasciitis. At times this was so painful it was like standing on a nail and having to limp home. These insoles cured it for me. After the first set, I bought a few more over the years and now use them in all my footwear. You can move them easily from one set of shoes to another but I found it easier to leave them in my most used footwear. I even use them in my running shoes as a replacement for the ones provided. They may be expensive, mainly because of import charges from the US I expect, but they certainly last. The ones I have for over four years are still good, though as expected the cloth has worn a bit. Not a problem with comfort though. They are also quite thin so do not push your foot up much towards the top of the shoe. Being full sized they do not slip about.Now whilst they are perfect for me, I guess that they will not suit everybody. After all, people's feet are different so they may push in the wrong place. I have tried other insoles as some were cheaper, but some were quite painful and unusable.

The insoles where delivered fast and well packaged. They seem like good quality and will last (time will tell). They fit perfectly in size 11 shoes and there was no need to cut for adjustment.

These insoles added a great comfort to any shoe I am wearing.. love them

Due to a remodeling project at work, I have to do a LOT more walking than I used to. When my feet started not liking that, I recalled that I used to use these in my shoes at work, but not sure why I stopped, probably the price, as they are not cheap when they wear out. Well...I won't forget these next time I need new ones! These make my feet feel SO MUCH BETTER at the end of the day...they are basically priceless for me, even though they are nearly 2x the price they used to be. Still, comfort is worth it!Your milage may vary, of course, everyone is different. But for me, these are a no-brainer!

They are very comfortable when new, but after about 6 weeks of daily use they are pretty worn out. I'm 6' and 300 lbs.

My Podiatrist recommended that I purchase the Powerstep Insoles for my shoes and they have changed my life! I stand and walk a lot when I’m at work, often rarely sitting if at all during the day. I used to get these awful shooting pain in my heel and on the outer edges of my feet that would last several days before going away for a few weeks only to return. When I would get the sharp, shooting pains, I would compensate so much that I also got bad Charlie horses in my feet, calfs, and thighs. When I first put the Powersteps on, they were uncomfortable for a few days and after those two or three days, I felt great and never looked back. I haven’t had any issues with my feet since I started wearing the Powersteps. The sizes are accurate, and they last a long time depending on how you use them. I get about six months out of the pair I put into my work boots and I’m on two years for the ones that are in my regular sneakers that I wear when I’m not at work. I’ve had so much success with the Powersteps and recommend them to all my friends so much that I should start getting royalty checks from Powerstep! They really work that well! If you can get past the adjustment period of the inserts, they will change your life if you get foot pain. So many issues that I had with my feet, legs, and even lower back were all because of improper footwear which I didn’t believe until now. I can’t recommend the Powerstep inserts enough and I genuinely hope that my review helps you decide to get them and if it does, then I hope it solves most if not all of your foot related issues!
