exactly as expected and described a blow up hassock perfect for under the desk or for keeping your feet up on the bed. flocked plastic, cover it with something as it is cold inside because it is full of air, it won't retain heat. Material is also hard and if you have pressure ulcers, this is not the product for you.

First off I only used this foot pillow and few times for support for my flat feet which causes me great pain and occasionally swells....well the foot pillow did not hold the air in well as you can see there's no punctured holes or damage to it. I reached out to customer service who referred me to the vendor, I've sent emails along with pictures and no one responds. The vendor ignored all attempts of me reaching out to get a replacement or refund. I do not recommend this product....it's terrible quality which doesn't hold the air in and the vendor does not respond to fix the damage with the product. Hopfully they read this review and reach out to rectify the situation!

Pillow has a soft surface, lightweight, and provides firm support for my broken leg. It's way better than piling up pillows, blankets which don't stay put and add weight to the recliner therefore lowering the leg. It's nice looking and easy to store. I'm using it on the couch recliner to work on a laptop while my leg heals. During the first few days after surgery I used it while laying flat so my leg was elevated above my heart as the doctor ordered. It was much more comfortable than pillows and just the right height. Every few days I may have to add a breath or two of air, but it really does hold its air satisfactory enough for me. A great purchase.

Function is okay but it's not long lasting. Slow air leak within few weeks of light use.

This product is so much more comfortable for me than the foam versions. However, after about a week, it would no longer stay inflated for the entire night. Since it was more comfortable than the other products I tried, I've ordered another one. I'll try inflating it less in case I may have over-inflated the first one in the beginning.

It's easy to inflate and it holds air really well. That's all I ask for. When deflated it's lightweight and becomes small and easy to pack in a suitcase for traveling.

I am being generous giving a 2 star rating but I really enjoyed it while it lasted. 4 1/2 months only using it for about 2 hours a day (with no shoes) and the rest of the time it was lying on the extra bed, it should hold air for a hour. IT GOES FLAT!! Don't waste your time getting in touch with the company to get a replacement because they will give you the run around and just tell you to contact Amazon.

Very light and portable. Didn't cost a lot but what it did was worth every cent. To get air in the inflatable I bought a pump at the store for pool floats years ago and it worked. Had to cut the end of one of the attachments to get it to work but it did. Best part of the inflating is there's a stopper in the hole to keep the air from rushing back out. Comfortable material. I had ankle surgery to need this but honestly I'll probably continue to use it after I'm better to sit up in bed to read or just to prop the ol feet up.
