Do they get stuck on things?

They stick well to water bottles etc and even go through the dishwasher fine but at the same time you can peel and rearrange them and/or take them off of things. These stickers are the perfect amount of sticky, they’re not the terrible kind that are stuck forever and you can’t remove.

Are these a shiny glossy finish or more of a matte/satin finish?
