Love this water bottle.
This water bottle is very pretty. I love the strap that comes with it and the snap on leather bottle holder. It makes it so easy to strap across your torso and go if you have other things to carry such as a toddler and diaper bag. The whole thing is very well made and it does a good job of keeping ice from melting.

Quality
This is a very good sturdy bottle. Everything and anything you could want in a bottle. A shoulder strap, 2 straws and various cover/tops. The only thing I didn’t think about when I bought it is that it is too big to fit in a car cup holder. But it certainly keeps things cold for hours on end!!

Great for long hours at work
I work 10hr days and this holds up. Cold to the last drop at the end of my day. Even to the next morning if I get stuck at work.

Good for Cold Drinks, BUT!
Its great that it keeps your drinks cold. and is durable. But, mine has a leather wrapper on it and wont come off unless I cut it off, then I can not attach the strap to it. Additionally I am forced to replace the spout lid every six months or so because it starts leaking around the hinge. So do you keep buying lids or throw it in the junk pile or Garage Sale it, and let some other sucker buy it. I originally bought two.

Lid cracked
I reached out to the manufacturer on their website and never heard back. I was willing to pay for a replacement lid but was never even given the opportunity. This happened to 2 of the bottles I purchased.

Keeps the water cold for a very long time and I bring this everywhere and bought multiple.

Good water bottle
This is a good water bottle, but I definitely wouldn't put anything hot in it. The two times I did, it smelled off after about an hour in the bottle, and the first time, I took a sip anyway, and got so violently ill.

Great product and customer service
Item was missing the strap. Sent a message to the seller and they were quick to respond and sent me another one with in days. Great costumer service. Would definitely deal with this company again. Love my new bottle.

Straws too short
Disappointed :( The straws are too short for this huge bottle. Not as shown in the photo. This was a gift for my father and he just opened it yesterday. Sadly I missed the return window :(
