I ordered for post sinus surgery and I am so pleased with this product. The only thing I would change is I would have ordered it earlier. I love that you can use all these cold or hot. I also love that you can put the entire container in the freezer. The container is compact and well made. All the products are well made, fit well, work perfectly and are durable and easy to use and clean. 1000x happy with this product. I can see myself using this long after recovering from surgery just as a home Spa treatment for myself!

I keep them in the fridge and not the freezer. Tried both freezer is a little too much. I wear them in the morning while I’m getting ready. Really awakening

Works great. Keep cool for long periods and the fabric on opposite side is side. Perfect for saving money and giving myself a spa day at home.

EDIT: My original review was two stars because the product does not work as advertised. The company reached out and offered to send me an entirely new pack for free. I was really hopeful that I had just received a bad batch, but my complaints are the same. The representative who contacted me suggested that I only keep the masks in the fridge for two hours or the freezer for thirty minutes. Because I use cold packs for migraines, it doesn't really work for me to plan ahead. I have had other similar products that I could leave in the freezer and take out as needed. They were still malleable when frozen. This product does not stay malleable when frozen. A bag of frozen peas actually works better than these masks. I have since found and purchased a different mask that works the way that I expected. I am still bummed because I love the variety of this set. I did not send it back because I was grateful that the company sent me an extra one even if it wasn't what I was hoping for.ORIGINAL: The quality seemed great upon first glance. I like the carrying case and the variety of pieces included, but that's about all the nice things I can say.Every piece freezes too hard. I bought these to replace a similar eye mask that broke. Even straight out of the freezer, my old eye mask would be malleable. These are rock solid, so they do not form to my face at all. They are uncomfortable to wear, and since I got them for dealing with my migraines, they just don't work. I don't know whether to send them back or just try to find a use for them, but I'm pretty bummed.
