Put these in your go-box!
The reason I like having these bars around, is not to plan for a doomsday event or anything, rather they are great options to have for the go-box that I keep in each of my vehicles. We live in high altitude and it’s not uncommon to loose cell phone service when driving through the mountains. We are especially cautious in the winter due to road conditions and because of that, it is nice to add these bars to our kit in addition to a few bottles of water, first aid supplies, and misc. supplies for our dogs in the unlikely event we got stuck or need to wait out a storm and couldn’t call for assistance.Since these are packed with calories, protein, and packaged for a long term shelf life, II wouldn’t set super high expectations as far as flavor and texture goes, but don’t get me wrong - they definitely taste like peanut butter at the end of the day- but it’s nothing to write home about. These are vacuum sealed as well in a foiled packaging of some kind so you don’t have worry about early expiration or finding a huge mess from melting when left in an hot car or something. Overall, I’d recommend these for anyone looking to add variety to their travel supplies or “just in case” options.

These bars are very dense but after all it is survival food.
These bars are very dense but after all it is survival food. Sealed in individual pouches that are easy to open, just tear foil packaging open and then you are looking at a brick of a peanut bar. Only tried one to make sure it would be good enough for our emergency supply. It past the test and saving the rest with out stash. Just make sure you have a hammer with it. You will need it to break it in pieces to eat. Did not taste like a protein bar at all, Just dried up peanut, not a bad taste at all just dry. The bars have decent amount of calories and good for like 2 years. I had better from a MRE that last for 10 years +.Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.[Summery:] All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 4 stars. I have no problem recommending these power bars or the seller. Here is the review ranking basis that I have adopted:⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Crumbly, pasty, flavorless
I did not care for these at all. They crumbled right out of the package when I tried to break a piece off. They piece in my mouth crumbled down to a pasty feeling. I could barely taste any peanut. I just would not choose these. No.

Taste ok
These wasn’t as good as I’d hoped for lol. They all came sealed very well and you get 5 bars in a box but the taste to me was plain, didn’t taste like much of anything to me. They are also really messy and crumble everywhere. I honestly didn’t really taste peanut butter at all but everybody has different taste so some people may like these. These would be good to keep in emergencies or maybe for hiking or camping. I do like that these can last a while and you can keep them put up for emergency situations but I don’t think I’d just be snacking on them lol. They just wasn’t for me!!

Good Source of Calories
Review for DAYZOB Food Rations, Emergency Food Rations, Peanut Flavor Rations Emergency 1100 Calories Survival Rations for Disaster Kits 250g (5 bars) (Peanut)DAYZOB Food Rations, Emergency Food Rations, Peanut Flavor Rations Emergency 1100 Calories Survival Rations for Disaster Kits 250g (5 bars) (Peanut)Given how many calories these bars have, I was expecting them to be really sweet. To my surprise, however, they were not overly sweet. The bars are actually pretty decent. They are very light weight which would make them great for throwing in a backpack for a long hike or taking them while camping.

Tastes Okay, Expires in 2 Years, Mediocre Calories, Subpar For Long Term Survivalist
Okay as a rich travel snack. However, 2 year expiration date and mediocre calorie count per cost ratio might not make it the best to stock up on for long term survivalist prep.- Okay Taste - Slightly peanut butter undertone, with floury taste. Not bad at all, could probably eat a couple in one sitting with no problem, but don't expect anything too flavorful.- Medium Dry Hard texture - It is not super hard, but can be a little hard on the teeth, you can always break it up beforehand. It is a little dry, but not overwhelmingly so, and it is easily eaten without water. Sticks a little bit onto the teeth.- ~243 Calories/bar x 5 bars = ~1200 calories/box - A little more than half a calories needed for a day, so a box is not exactly super calories dense. Would need around 2 boxes/day if in survival mode.Order Date: 5/26/23Expiration Date: 3/19/25

Strange...
I ordered these rations to have in case of some type of real emergency. I didn't know where they were made or the ingredients. I thought they would last longer than 24 months. The ingredients include wheat flour, sugar, edible vegetable oil, soybean flour, peanut flour, edible salt, ammonium bicarbonate, and sodium bicarbonate. It's suspicious that it says edible vegetable oil and edible salt, but the rest of the ingredients don't. Does that mean they are not edible?? The ingredients sound awful and I will not be eating them. The bar itself actually looks like it might taste good. This product is made in China.I hope you found my review helpful!!
