KOPF Merkur Kitchen Utensils Set, 7-Piece, incl. Stand, Stainless Steel

This is a really nice addition to your kitchen if you like stainless steel things. It was delivered very quickly once ordered and is safely and nicely packaged. It comes in one box with lots of other packaging inside. Not too bulky and about right.It comes with 6 utensils (stand makes it 7) including a spaghetti scooper, masher, long large serving spoon, ladle, turner and slotted spoon. They are well designed and wash very well in either hot soapy water or the dishwasher. As they're stainless steel you can't leave them in a pot of whatever you're cooking as they'll be hot to the touch but they are of good quality. They don't mark like some steel tends to do so shows they are sturdy things and obviously don't bend or bow like plastic ones do. The stand is good but you can't fit anything else on it. I just about manage to put a peeler in the centre but its not made for that really.We use the serving spoon, masher, turner and the spaghetti scooper the most and it would make a nice present for someone who's setting up home.

Good value and easy to clean

I never use the coated non-stick cookware, so for me the solid single cast stainless steel utensils is the way to go, and these fit the bill perfectly.Of course if you're using the dodgy non-stick cookware, then you should go for untreated wooden utensils.(As i understand it, currently no one has any idea what kind of chemicals are leeching off the silicone into our foods when they're heated up, but future generations will find that out, just like our generation found out what nasty chemicals leech off the plastics into your food/water when heated)Anyway, these utensils are well made, nicely cast and finished, and look the part for any busy kitchen. The stand is decent enough too, althought i have a whole drawer i use for such utensils since it saves counter top space for working on.I bought these at £34.99 but then like an hour later the dropped £5, i was still happy to pay what i did since it saved having to hunt different high street stores for the same. So try to find them cheaper than £34.99, unless you don't care.

Excellent quality...was unsure on purchase but these are very sturdy and look fantastic! Stand is a bit feeble cosidering the weight of utensils but didnt matter as not using it anyway. Great buy!

Very good product just the stand flimsy. The stainless steel is really TOP. I am happy but wouldn't order again because of the stand.

Good sturdy set of utensils, made from one piece of steel so no joins to the collect dirt and bacteria. Good value for money.

Me ha gustado mucho su estética. La calidad del acero parece buena aunque aún es pronto para conocer su durabilidad. El soporte es ligero pero suficiente. Yo no uso el aplastador de patatas, pero me parece suficientemente rígido. Yo cambiaría este útil por un tenedor de trinchar, creo que sería más práctico.

Ich habe mir schon seit längerer Zeit überlegt meine alte Küchenausstattung gegen etwas höherwertigeres zu ersetzen. Ich suchte nach etwas "handfestem" aus Edelstahl und nachdem ich die Kundenrezessionen hierzu gelesen habe, entschied ich mich zum Kauf.Vorab muss ich sagen, dieses Set ist jeden Cent wert. Das Paket kam sofort am nächsten Tag und war sehr gut verpackt. Enthalten sind 6 praktische auf Hochglanz polierte (man kann sich darin spiegeln) Küchenhelfer und ein Ständer zum Aufhängen der einzelnen Teile (welchen ich nicht benötigte, da ich mich entschied aufgrund geringer Platzverhältnisse das Set an ein Brett an die Wand zu hängen).Die jeweiligen Teile sind sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und die Optik und Haptik sprechen definitiv für sich. Zuerst war ich recht skeptisch, ob nicht materialbedingt die einzelnen Teile während des Kochvorgangs sehr heiß werden könnten.Dies war absolut nicht der Fall. die einzelnen Teile liegen sehr gut in der Hand und man verbrennt sich somit während des Kochens auch nicht.Ich kann dieses Set nur jedem empfehlen, der gerne kocht und gerne etwas sehr hochwertiges in den Händen hält. Preis / Leistung unschlagbar!

Das Besteck finde ich super hochwertig. Es liegt gut in der Hand und jedes einzelne Gerät erfüllt seine Funktion perfekt. Die einzelnen Teile lassen sich prima reinigen, dank der pflegeleichten Oberfläche. Super praktisch ist auch die Halterung. Man hat so jederzeit alle Utensilien griffbereit parat ohne lästiges Suchen und wühlen in der Schublade.
