They keep my drinks warm. I am happy with my purchase even after many uses.

This supposedly insulated coffee pot was very poor quality. When held up to the light I could see my fingers through the base. I did fill it with boiling water and was surprised the pot felt warm to the touch also on emptying there were lots of crackling noises. I returned it the same day 26.02.2020. 1 month on and I am still waiting for a refund. I am not sure whether the company refunds me or Amazon, I have contacted both.

keeps tea hot for at least an hour, maybe more have not needed to find that bit out yet, it really is a coffee pot, works fine for tea, although the tea bags do get in the way when you go to pour your cup of tea, you have to open the twisty lid a few turns to get a good pour, other than that is a lovely product, loose tea would work great in this pot.if you fill to the top you would get three and a half good mugs of tea in the 40 oz pot size maybe four.

Closing the lid fully proved impossible, one side or other of the lid persistently had a gap.

Now I’m a heavy tea drinker so got one of these for my desk at work. By the time you get to the 3rd mug, it’s just warm. I was hoping that it would keep it all piping hot as long as the lid was on properly.Difficult to clean. I clean my home teapot (metal) with a dishwasher tablet so thought I would do the same with this teapot. Bad mistake, my tea tasted of lemon until I just put boiling water into it for a long time, so not that easy to clean.

Bought this to use as a teapot and its great. Keeps the tea warm for that second or third cup. Easy to carry around. Did find the lid a bit difficult at first but you get used to it. I had white which looks lovely but spout stains. A super buy for the price paid (Under £10)

I brought this for my grandmother who needed something she couldn't easily break and didn't need to constantly make a drink.My grandmother is very happy with it, it keeps her drinks warm for the 4 hours as it says, which saves her constantly getting up, which at her age she can't do without a struggle.She has dropped it a couple of times and it hasn't broken which is great so it is lasting very well and suits her needs perfectly.
