Unfortunately you pay for what you get. These are junk. They only worked half the time.

These work effectively
Its a 2-pack of center punches. They work as expected, are reasonable quality for the money. The adjustment for 'hard' or 'soft' punch didn't seem to make much of a difference for me, but I didn't really need something adjustable anyway.

Not much of a difference between "hard" or "less hard" impact setting
These are pretty good. The difference between turning the knob for 'hard' or 'less hard' impact setting really doesn't do much.For really hard materials, these won't really do much for you.But as an OK automatic center punch, these are OK. A little pricey, but OK.

Decent average spring-loaded punches, a bit pricey.
I use this type of spring-loaded punch almost every day and have several.Used this one today, marking to drill some pine and oak boards. I also sample punched some sheet metal pieces.Performance was average, concerning strength of spring and misfiring only a couple of times. The durability/ hardness of the point metal seems good.Compared to others, I think these are a few $$$ high at the $7.50 each price.
