Can you wear it under jeans?

If the jeans were pretty loose or baggy you could. It would be difficult to wear under tight jeans. It is a very good brace however.

Will this stop hyperextension?

This product is not suitable for hyperextension you would require something like the Neo G adjust fit knee brace

Do you have to slide over your leg or just wrap around? My 92 yr old father cannot bend over to put on or take off.

It wraps around with three Velcro straps. It isn't really very easy to put on. The Velcro gets stuck on other places and has to be unstuck. And getting it lined up correctly on the knee takes some effort also. I don't have to bend over, I hold my leg out straight to put it on, so if your father is able to do that he could probably manage it. Once it's on it's very comfortable, but it does take some effort.
