Bodno Magicard D Dual Sided ID Card Printer & Complete Supplies Package ID Software - Silver Edition

We were in need of a new card printer for our organization of 60-80 employees. This printer is about as perfect as it could be for our use range. The set up process is very easy and the instructions were well-written. The software allows great options for badge designs and the database functionality is a great feature as well. The only complaint I could give is more of a suggestion which is to add the ability to crop photos with a preview when placing an image element into a card design, or making this function easier to find/use if it does exist. I have no been able to find this, so I have to open the photo in a separate program and crop it and then use the fit-to bounding options to adjust the best crop for the employee image once it has been loaded in. But that is a minor issue and everything else is phenomenal!

Received product in time frame it was promised. Had to call tech support to assist, the second use it would not print. Reached tech support in a very timely fashion. Byron remoted into my computer, he fixed theissue. I did not properly install software on first install. He was very helpful and pleasant.

The Magicard D ID card printer machine is really easy to use and the Bodno support team was really helpful getting me setup. I love that they have upgraded their software to have an activation code instead of the usb dongle that came with my Magicard 300 last time.

This is the first time I purchase this item, I am new to this I am learning how to create the ID cards.the most important is to have tech support every time I get stuck with the printer.Rey was extremely patience with me since I have no knowledge and I was extremely nervous trying to accomplish the driver and software installation. I thank the tech support that I received.
