I have been trying to figure out where to put my cpap machine, always been on top of my headboard but it was too high for me to turn off in the morning where I’d have to get up, so having it right next to me with this is perfect

I like to read books before going to bed, started as an attempt to create some semblance of a bedtime routine. Before then, I kept laptops, tablets, my phone, phone chargers, and other random things on my nightstand. Water glasses had a tendency to be knocked over in the middle of the night by a pair of small, furry parasites who take it upon themselves to knock things over.After looking for some weeks, I ran upon the OOKUU bedside shelf. I was ecstatic. I ordered it, it showed up the next day. There's not much to say about an aluminum bedside shelf that comes in the mail. It came in a cardboard box with two included brackets and an instruction card.Installation was about as easy as it possibly could be. There are two threaded clamps that go onto the side of your bed frame, where the shelf will clip onto the top of the clamps.Once its tightened, that sucker is sturdy. I set a laptop, a kindle, a charger power supply (a large, heavy one) and a bunch of books on it to test for the review. In the morning, I checked to make sure it was still there. Lo and behold, I turn my head over the side of the bed and theres a fat white cat sitting on top of the pile of moderately weighty items. It's more than sturdy.I only have one point of criticism to make, which is already picking teeth, but i figure I should make: The clips that the shelf slide onto on the brackets are a bit loose. During daily use this won't be a problem, but if the shelf isn't pushed up against your mattress, it could potentially be knocked off with everything on the shelf. I haven't had that problem in the day or so I've had it, but I can imagine it happening if I were to bump it hard enough somehow. As long as you put it in a place that you can't easily push it in towards your mattress, you shouldn't need to worry about it.

This is multifunctional as a stand-alone tray. The aluminum is sturdy so heavy items are safe to load. The locking tabs prevent it from being mounted when the tray is full, so it’s a two-step exercise to bring the loaded tray to the bed, unload it, lock the empty tray in place, replace the mat and the tray contents. Otherwise, loading the previously placed tray make it very convenient. This is quite functional for someone who is bedridden, but if left on, it can get in the way.

If you’re shopping for a college kid’s dorm, you know space is at a premium and bringing a bunch of furniture is not desirable unless you’re going for the doesn’t even look like a dorm room, Pinterest-perfect dorm look.This tray is perfect because you don’t have to have a night stand, or worry about what height the bed it. It attaches easily with two adjustable clamps that have protective cushioning so you won’t damage the school-owned bed. Then, you just slide the tray onto the little pegs and it’s held in place. It’s sturdy and well made. In my opinion a dorm room must have.

This will eventually make its way to my daughter’s college dorm. It should be perfect for that purpose since she won’t have a nightstand. It’s relatively small, 13”long x around 9” deep so she won’t be able to use it for her laptop, but it is perfect for her smaller iPad or her Phone or for a drink by her bed. It looks nicely made and the silicone insert warms up the material. I think she will get a lot of use out if it.

I bought this for my husband's side of the bed to hold some items for him. It was easy to attach and has a sturdy tray. His Mountain Dew will now fall into it when he knocks it over or doesn't get it fully onto the nightstand.
