Nice power supply... with quality control issues????
I like this power supply... the displays are large and bright, the setting knobs are intuitive, it has a 5 volt 2 amp USB port right on the front panel... BUT: the Amp and Watt meters didn't work on the one I received! I returned it and am hoping the replacement will be fully functional. None of the other reviewers has had problems with theirs, I hope I was just unlucky. Minor nitpicking: the red banana plug on the alligator leads was missing and the clamp screw on the black one was stripped. Also why did they include a set of test prods? These have the guarded banana plugs and can't be connected to the power supply even if you wanted to.PS Received the replacement in 2 days... works as advertised, no problems. There is some ripple on the output but you have to expect that with a switcher. I'm satisfied!

Accurate, light weight, smooth turning knobs. Ummm they nailed it nailed it.
Terrified when I picked the delivered up off my Porch. Thought maybe they forgot to out it in there it was so light. But no it was in there. I couldnt be happier with itIt DOES kinda feels cheap but that my just be because of the the light weight. And hell it may be cheap but it works PERFECTLY. Tenma and Fluke have assured me.Try this one before you spend a ton of cash on anything else. I assure you this thing is rock solid.

Great power supply for the price. Fine voltage control is too coarse
As others have said, the fine voltage control really needs to be improved. Even just setting to the nearest 0.1V is a little tricky, and its very hard to set to 0.01V. But, for the price, I am not complaining. Works like any other bench supply, current limits works well. I used it to top balance some LiFePo batteries , and set the current to 10A. It maintained that fine and tapered off to zero once the cell voltage matched the supply voltage setting. The current and voltage readouts were close to measurements with a meter. If they fix the fine adjust, this thing would be fantastic.

decent DC power supply
It is a decent DC power supply with good size, and not weight much.Pros: Works reliably; little/no noise; can tolerate ocational shortcut by mistake; the 110v/220v switch is thgoughful and not easy to make it wrong; digital LED display is bright and clear; tried both voltage mode and current mode, the display number and measurement number by external multimeter are stable and precise. The wires with probe and clips are very handy. Switching between voltage and current mode is easy.Cons: This is analog power supply with digital display, no way to input digital voltage/current number, but it is expected for this type.

Holds voltage steady
I tested it and it holds the chosen voltage steady

Stopped working
I bought this PS-3010 DF on August 31, 2022. Only used it 5 or 6 times. Today, July 21, 2023 it will not power on. I can't find a link to contact the vendor. Looks like this was money wasted.Update: found a link to contact the vendor. They said they will replace the defective unit. I will update when that happens.

Great Value for the Price
I'm an electrical engineer working from home during the pandemic. My employer's lab is full of test equipment made by Fluke, HP/Agilent/Whatever-As-Founders-Spin-in-Their-Graves, Tektronix, and B+K. I long ago grew accustomed to the good stuff. While I haven't fired this power supply up to check actual performance, I will say it is well designed and very much worth its price. Nice bright display. Binding posts on 3/4" spacing so that your Pomona banana plugs will fit. Detachable IEC power cord and 120/220VAC switch.I could tell that it is a switch mode power supply the second I picked it up from my doorstep. It only weighs about 2 pounds. This means that its noise and transient response aren't as good as traditional linear power supplies, but my applications won't mind this. The only negative is the binding posts don't have diagonal holes in them for an 18AWG lead wire, but only a geezer like me would remember those holes. My Dremel Moto-Tool will correct this shortcoming. My hat's off to the folks that can sell these at this price and make money on them.

Died after 6 months
Worked pretty decently for my repair shop (a little jumpy with what its displaying on the display) until last night when I was charging a customer's laptop at about 16 volts. It was drawing great current and the laptop worked until without warning the unit gave up some smoke. I have not opened it but can conclude after charging the laptop with a brand-new charger from staples this PSU was at fault. Will updated if I can fix it. It did not overheat as the shop is cooled to about 68F.
