It is very supportive and thin. I have slept through the entire night since I have had it. Wish I had ordered it earlier. It arrived timely and in great condition.

I trued posting this a few times, but for some reason, I keep not meeting community guidelines and have no idea how. So basically, because I struggle with pain in the head, pillows are difficult for me to find. This one is great because it's soft and firm, so there is no sense of hardness and pressure point from the pillow. It fills Mt neck for support and cradles my head.We also have 3" mattress topper. So the thinner pillow allows the topper to help with neck and back pain without my neck being pushed forward. 100% recommend.

I am on a quest to find the perfect pillow. I am a tummy sleeper so I need a low pillow and I like the memory foam. However, I only got to try it briefly because I was making the bed and put my new pillow on the chair and my cat Ozzy decided to try it. I didn’t hear him and looked over to see his complete coze. It's not an exaggeration to say this pillow has massively improved my quality of sleep. I have been waking with neck and shoulder pain for years, I've tried other standard pillows in varying levels of firmness, tried different sleep positions but I always end up on my front while asleep with my spine curved in an unnatural shape. With this ultra thin, cooling pillow I am comfortable in any sleep position, my spine is aligned and I'm waking up without any pain! Also there is no need to flip the pillow over in the night to get the cold side as it's always cool! Genius! If you are having any shoulder or neck pain I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try. I was going to buy a very expensive pillow so I'm so pleased I gave this a try first.
