After having my youngest , due to having to get and and carry on with life because of the other children I felt my tummy was going to fall off. With this it not only helped my tummy go down but also helped support my back and belly . It was comfortable to wear and adjusted as I got smaller .Definatly worth the money .

Mother of 3 with all 3 births being c sections. This is a life saver. It gives front and back support, easy to move around in and gave me that little more confidence to be able to complete little easy tasks whilst recovering from my surgery. I would recommend to all mums to be to think about adding this to you routine when at home. Great value for money and washes really well.

Another terrible frida purchase 😩 this item barely does any sinching because it’s too thick and for a slim person after a certain point the Velcro doesn’t work because you have to stretch it last the adhesive. I got more support with compression wear. After testing almost every item from the brand is only recommend the disposable period underwear

I do not recommend this product. I will report the issue to Amazon and return here to write the full review. Very disappointing with this product from Frida Mom.

Used it after giving birth (VJJ)n from day 3 for about two weeks. Felt better wearing it in comparison with another cheaper version I bought off Amazon - this material was deffo better on my skin. Should have bought this from the start. The midwife does not have ang recommendations when it comes abdominal binders but I felt I needed some extra support particularly with a floppy belly. After a couple of weeks, my belly was not as floppy so I stopped using it.Helped slightly with my back pain as well.I would have given it 5 stars if it had more straps to be more malleable at the top.

You can wear it when sitting down and the Velcro doesn’t always work and comes undone. It did feel like it worked at the beginning to help my stomach go down and but only for the first week. I got a size small but it didn’t go small enough and I’m not even a very petite person

Wearing this makes me feel so secure and has helped in my recovery from a c section, good for when you need to cough or sneeze as it gives so much support! Comfortable to wear as well
