PJ PAUL JONES Men's Polo Shirts Retro Knit Shirt Vintage Striped Shirt

I believe this to be a knitted button sweater, yet it feels like a regular shirt. It does not feel heavy. It is very lightweight and breathable. Excellent quality and gorgeous to look at. I have received compliments from both men and women. Very retro classic. I hope they make more colors besides the blue and brown. I highly recommend this item.

This is a very well made shirt but it’s a bit thick. I have worn it once since receiving it and it’s very comfortable on chilly days especially. The stitching is nice and it doesn’t stretch out after wearing. I washed it once and it didn’t shrink at all.

I'm a middle-aged man, so no one ever compliments my appearance. Well, except my wife and my mom. Twice I have been complimented in the last couple of months by total strangers. BOTH times they were complimenting my shirt, and both times those were these retro shirts from PJ Paul Jones.Of course, I had to go out and get some more, and Facebook saw that I was purchasing retro shirts so it gave me an add for Oxnit shirts. I ordered one and it took two weeks to be shipped from China. It was a nice shirt, similar price to PJ Paul Jones and similar quality, but after a two week wait, I went back to PJ Paul Jones on Amazon and ordered two more shirts. Now my wardrobe is happily stuck in the past and I KEEP GETTING COMPLIMENTS.What I like:* Thick materials* The textures are patterned* Accurate and cool retro designs* Good for any weather and looks great with some sunglassesWhat could be better:* It's not a flaw, but these do have a retro fit. They are going to fit smaller than what you are used to. If you want to look retro, order your normal size, but if you want a more modern fit, order a size larger.* There is a little bit of shrinkage, so watch the care instructions* Some of the stitching around the buttonholes aren't as reinforced as I'd prefer.Overall, I LOVE THESE SHIRTS! I almost don't want to recommend them, because I like being one of the few people with this retro look, but it's cool. So, yeah, get one of these and see what you think!

This shirt is well-made, fits as expected and looks fairly similar to the marketing image, but it just has more of a knitted cardigan vibe in person. It reminded me a lot more of someone who would go door to door selling hand lotion or something creepy like that. It's a nice material and actually looks kind of nice from the back, but from the front, something about the way the buttons are laid out or the way the fabric is weaved makes it look silly. With all the buttons buttoned, a door-to-door religious evangelist comes to mind. With one button undone, a weird, bizarre attempt at casual/professional seems to flop. This might be perfect for your own wardrobe, but it didn't work for mine or my husband's. Cozy, warm fabric though!

The size small fit my son well. He is 5’11” and about 120 lbs. The buttons are working buttons and the shirt is like a light sweater. The material is stretchy and comfortable. We took off a star for the wonky stitching in the front. Not sure how that will hold up to wear and washing.

This striped shirt looks like a quality knit with a vintage vibe. Hubby says it feels comfortable and lightweight. The fit is good and the stripes are slimming. He think it might be a little too bold for his taste with the white collar and center stripe, but I think it looks contemporary and will be a great shirt for a summer night gathering.
