Doesn't work on 05 Tacoma
Replacement with this part in a 2005 Tacoma did clear the P051 fault but caused a new fault as it caused the air fuel mix to be too lean resulting in very rough idle. You need the genuine denso brand part that costs $200 unfortunately.

Caused a different code
Car: Lexus IS350. This sensor fixed one code but caused another. With this sensor the air/fuel mix wasn’t right and the downstream sensor was detecting that. After replacing this one with original Denso, both errors went away.

Junk........ Did not work.
Had to buy an OEM to get the oxygen sensor code corrected.

Inadequately produced sensors, not of OEM quality or fit, and does not remove CEL light.
The seller is not professional, does not respond in a timely manner, and cannot acknowledge that their products are faulty despite being informed of this. Their sensors are not of adequate quality, and upon using the original sensors, my lights went off immediately. I wouldn't recommend Dr Cax products for your vehicle. Spend a little more on the original Denso sensors, and your problems will be resolved.
