I really like the pool, Lab 2.0 It works as advertised. There are a couple of features I wish it had. One is that you cannot exit the zero mode and go direct to testing. I found at times I inadvertently put the wrong chemical reagent in line for testing, and the machine had been already zeroed. As such I had to turn it off, pour out my reagents and start all over again. The second one is that the instruction manual is written in pictures, but wow, being brief leaves out important language that would be helpful to understand what they’re trying to teflect, especially when it comes to a double testing component within a single test, procedure thing done one right after the other in the same test chamber. Frustrating. Nonetheless, it’s a good tool and also dors a great job once you understand what they’re trying to tell you to do.

I have tried everything with this, I have sensors all over the pool and no sensor comes close to these measurements. This does not provide a single correct measurement, neither from the pool water nor from the faucet in the house, I have 3 types of water on my property, that's why I bought it looking for a faster system at hand that would give me at least 3 measurements at the same time. REALLY A WASTE OF MONEY, IT WILL END UP IN A BOX IN MY GARAGE, IT DOES NOT WORK, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS DEVICE.

Complete starter kit. My personal advice to anyone who decides to buy it is to spend a little time studying the manual, after the third use I realized that it is very easy to use, despite the fact that it is a professional device, it has everything you need even much more. 👍

Wanted it to work. Other than CYA, tests were very accurate. But 3 tries on CYA test (in middle section per instructions) yielded very consistant 31 test, while several third party tests (Taylor, pool store, Exact, etc) all showed results in the low 60’s. Returned it.

This works well but I have had a few problems. First make sure you turn it off because there is no automatic shut off. The batteries will go out very fast if not. I never could connect the Bluetooth but I just use it without. Other than that is works great to test the pool water.

Fantastic and very accurate! Did take some effort to understand but that’s what reading and comprehension is about! The customer service is by far the most greatest! It is easy to send them an email and their response speed and professionalism is incredible! Buy it and take the time to learn it! If you get an “OR” reading dilute by 50% and multiply by 2 and it is accurate! New: So I have been using this product for some time now and I cannot complain at all. I have had to work with customer service a couple of times and they are always spot on quick to respond and always helpful. I had a reagent issue immediate response and I had new product sent out from them the next day mail! (Incredible) I will always trust and work with this company hands down! I run my pools with this machine and practice the LSI methodology and I have the best pool water ever and this helps save money on chems in the long run and I live in Arizona the worst place for a pool!! I used PoolLab 1.0 fairly successfully for a couple years. CYA readings were always waaay off but the other readings were fairly accurate...at least close enough for government work. When I saw there was a new 2.0 version I assumed it was "new and improved" so I ordered it. A big, almost $300 USD, mistake. The instructions are absolutely awful and impossible to understand. Their tiny pictures are hard to see and make no sense. They are much worse than any instructions I've experienced with the multiple Chinese made products with cryptic wording in their instructions (primarily due to translation issues) I've purchased in the past. A much larger percentage of Germans speak English than Chinese do. How could they have botched this so badly? If you like being hugely frustrated, by all means purchase PoolLab 2.0 and you'll have a blast AND throw away just under $300 to boot.

My husband is color blind and got this as a gift for him so he would not have to struggle. We have a salt water pool and a hot tub. He has played and played with this and it is just easier for him to still do the old test and have me read the colors still. On top of that, you have to buy the tablets to go with it. Its a lot bigger process than I thought it would be. Just keep your money and buy more test stirps.
