Slightly addictive, helps with menopause symptoms
These are slightly addictive in taste - fresh and clean. I also believe they are helping with menopause symptoms. Liquorice root is supposed to help with hot flushes - in research 80% of women who took it experienced fewer or less severe hot flushes. Peppermint is also supposed to help with hot flushes. It's worth trying, although it might not work for everyone. I find it minimises rather than stops my hot flushes. I have a cup of this every day and it seems to be working for me.

My Favourite Pukka
This has got to be the best tasting Pukka tea in their range. Drink it anytime of the day. Flavoured teas have come a long way in the last few years. If you haven't tried them recently - give this one a go - you're sure to love it..
