My camera become faulty after 2 months of use Amazon was unable tohelp but the manufacturer were A1 they sent me a new one as soon as I inform them of the fault and were in communivation all through out.Their operator was Sweetie who was so helpful.And the new one works greatthanksPeter

Unreliable
Has started to reset to base setting. Consequently losing a whole sessions recording as time is important.Therefore is unreliable and unsuitable for the purpose it was sold!Following discussions with customer services the problems were resolved.

Really good camera, captures lovely pictures
My husband brought this camera just under a year ago when unfortunately it stopped working. He got in touch with Joe at customer service who was more than helpful, the problem was sorted out with a replacement being sent by return. But want to say that this is a very good camera which takes very clear pictures and videos, it’s used mainly at night to capture the wildlife in and around our garden, and it works beautifully. Just make sure you use 8 batteries. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Not a good product
After the one month return window had passed it developed a problem with the camera not turning on if you didn’t hold it a certain way. The wires must go through the hinges and with use deteriorate. It only used certain batteries and not rechargeable ones. I wouldn’t buy again. Poor quality and Im disappointed as I gave it as a gift.
