This smart doorbell cam is great. It was easy to install by following the sets on the app. The booklet was very good too and easy to follow. The app is easy to use and connecting to the Wi-Fi was straight forward.It arrived with a good amount of battery life. The picture quality is great, I installed it on a day it was raining on and off and the picture was still perfect.When it comes to the sound quality I have used the speaker a few times and could hear clearly as well as the person on the other side hearing me well.I have put the setting to 50.I plugged in the chime using an adapter as I don’t have a usb socket. It’s works well and has various rings and you can control volume.Overall the product is excellent and glad I got it as this will prevent missing the delivery’s and also feel saver having it.

Had this installed on my house for a few month and I wouldn't want to be without it. The camera is very nicely made and feels robust and had held up to the elements of winter really well. Set up for the camera is just a few screws or the double sided 3m tape provided. The app is really straight forward and simple to connect your device to and get up and running in a few minutes. Once the device is set up you have two options for storage the camera can hold a micro sd card or the app offers a pro style option to have activities uploaded to the cloud. I have both options on mine as the upgraded app (£3.99 a month) unlocks some extra features such as blocking off certain areas and more detailed activity notifications. I personally think having activations backed up on the cloud is the better option, because If an intruder decided to smash the camera off and take it away you will still have the footage from it and you won't with just the sd card. Picture clarity is amazing for a £40 camera and even the night vision mode on the camera is spot on, where I live the street lighting is turned off around 11:30pm and this camera can see perfectly well in total darkness. I have not had any false activations from the camera there has always been something to show why its notified me so that is also good that it doesn't go off every time the wind blows the trees ect. In the nearly 3 months of owning the camera I have only ever had one issue with it when there was some work going off outside and it was triggering my camera so much it made it freeze/crash when I got home I had to remove it and press the reset button and this hasn't happened since. Lastly the battery is fantastic I would say I get around 2 weeks off 1 charge but obviously it will depend on how you have it set up to record and how much its going to be activated each day. I can honestly say this camera is worth every penny and a great product.

Installation was easy. Motion detection a bit of a nuisance as it goes of a lot. The door bell works well and the pictures are great.

I ordered this item yesterday, arrived today. Nice packaging and instruction booklet made it very easy to set up. The setup took less than 10 minutes. I decided to go for the 3M sticker pad (included) rather than drill holes in the door frame. The doorbell comes with an alarm if it is pulled out of the holder. The picture quality is excellent, with quick connection. Its got a nice, slimline design and the colour went well with the doorframe. The doorbell supposedly needs charging, but mine was fully charged on arrival. The app tells you the charge level anyway.The motion sensor appears to work well and I get push notifications if it detects movement.The doorbell is a small USB box which I've got plugged in to a USB plug in the kitchen. The doorbell sound is very loud (can be turned down) and plays for about 15 seconds (can be changed) so I can hear it easily from upstairs. I already had a CPVan camera so know that the app is a doddle to use.Very pleased with this item.

I purchased the doorbell cam in august and it worked fine for about 3 weeks but then the problems started. Incomplete video footage / cant connect to the cam via live view even though the wi-fi signal is strong / sd card always full even after formatting it / audio is poor quality (sounds like its underwater) I have reset the cam twice which solved the issues but now, its faulty again. There is no way of contacting the seller. The only option you are offered, is to contact the cpvan company for tech advice. I didn't purchase the doorbell cam off of cpvan, i purchased it off of Burfon on the amazon website. Now unless Burfon is a registered seller with the cpvan company, contacting the company is pointless because theyre not going to offer a replacement or refund as i did not purchase the doorbell cam off of them.£55 down the drain, stay clear of this seller and the doorbell cam.I will edit my review if Burfon or amazon replace or refund what ive lost.

came in packaging that you could see was quality before opening it. very easy to set up .picture quality and sound quality are on par with other so called better brands. All in all this does a perfect job. the picture I took was just starting to lose daylight
