Q: I'm flat footed. Will my feet survive a 12 hour work day in these shoes?

Yes, the shoe has a lot of support. I am flat footed also, & work 10 to 12 hours daily. I have not had a problem with the shoes yet, they're comfortable.

Q: Is it really water repellent?

Yes they are water repellent but are not as comfortable as my 6 to 8 other pairs of sketchers. If you purchase them, I would suggest that you also purchase memory foam cushion inserts. Also, they run a little big and a little wider than all my other Sketchers. I've been wearing Sketchers for years and I can normally order over the internet based on the consistency of size they usually have but these are different. Also, probably because of the water repellent, the fabric on the top of the shoe is a bit stiff.

Q: Do these shoes run wide in the toe box or narrow?

These run wider rather than narrow. I have wide feet and for me sketchers run a little small compared to other shoes. I went a half size up and they are perfect.

Q: How do i get a receipt for my purchase of shoes i just ordered? my employer reimburses us for work.shoes and i need to turn in receipt by tomorrow.
