Lorell Ergo Mesh Lumbar Back Support

I didn't buy this for back support in my vehicle as the adjustable seat back does just fine. Rather, I bought it for ventilation. I hate having my back get sweaty and sticky next to the upholstery on hot driving days. When this arrived I wrongly thought my weight (195) would crush it into the car seat and keep it from providing the ventilation I was seeking. However, to my surprise it has kept it's shape and does very well. I wish the manufacturer made a product to place under my rear end and legs as well. Oh, it does also provide nice support as well. It's just nice to find an inexpensive product that actually works so well.

Helps when it will stay in one spot. I like being able to move it where I need, just wish it didn't slide down the back of the chair so much.

My PT said I really needed lumbar support maintain the curvature in m spine as I sit on the computer during the day. Been used rolled up towels, which just fall down and I forget about. This straps onto your chair so easily and provides that support. It fits my office chair nicely, but could see how it won't fit on every chair so just make sure you look to see if it'll work for yours first before buying. Cost effective, and really helpful. Definitely recommend.

Bought a few of these, solid, doesn't wear down easily and helps alot with lower back support.

It helps my lower back pain area.
