Alpinestars Men's Nc Motorcycle Boots, EU 48

I was looking for a long time for a nice pair of leather motorcycle boots and then decided on these. I must say, I expected the boots have a little shorter shaft but I guess I didn't pay enough attention to that. I'd say they are about 10 - 10.5 inches tall (overall height). I would have liked a couple inches shorter. They are also very stiff when new, so much so that I wasn't convinced I would keep them. However, they are true to size. I wear boots in size 9.5 and that's what I ordered. Boots fit perfectly! I had some problems closing all the latches because of the stiffness but managed somehow. Before my first ride I wore them in the house for a few hours a day for a couple days. That helped, cause on day two I could slip already with ease into them without using much force.While riding they are extremely comfortable. Shifting and breaking is easy and I did not get stuck under the shift lever or so. Walking causes also no problems. With use they also become softer and by now, after several rides, they feel just great. I'm absolutely glad I went for these boots. They look good, protect your limbs, are comfortable, and the price is also right.

Liked the boots very much. A lot better than sneakers or work boots, and a lot better protection. Very comfortable and warm. It’s fall up here in the north east and it’s starting to get brisk. Boots arrived quickly with no issues. I wear 11.5 and they fit perfect. Great for long rides. Walking around in I was very pleased. Way better than my motor cross boots. Highly recommend and they won’t break the bank.

These boots are a great value for the money. Yes, there are more affordable boots out there, but they're not going to be as well made, or worse, not protect you as well. The sizing is accurate to what I normally buy in other footwear, and these are comfortable right out of the box, with no hot-spots or areas that rub or create uncomfortable pressure points. The arch support is a little lacking, but a set of Dr. Scholl's inserts has fixed that issue straight away. These boots are light weight, and definitely footwear that you can spend all day in without hating life. These don't seem to overheat my feet in the hot summer riding weather, and I look forward to cooler temperatures to see how well they keep my feet warm.Edit: I'm two weeks into these boots, and rode through my first micro-burst rain storm (common in the hi-desert this time of year) this afternoon with them. After riding through the micro-burst, the only part of my body that was still dry were my feet! These boots kept my feet dry and comfortable, in spite of a large quantity of water being put on them. The more I wear these riding boots, the more I like them!

These are a good set of waterproof high boots. I wish they had more ankle protection but otherwise are very good.

They fit well and on my first trip wearing them I rode through a rainstorm and my feet were dry. I feel like they are a good balance between protection and comfort. They will get more comfortable as they break in.

I normally wear a 10.5 US (45 euro) boot, so that’s what I ordered and received. Was pleased as soon as I slipped them both on; the footbed is wide enough for my E width foot and the length is perfect.The side Velcro closures are very secure and the boot provides ample stiffness, armor, and height. I feel that these will hold up well in a crash—certainly better than the tennis shoes I have foolishly worn at other times. If that is ever the case, it will be well worth the considerable cost of these well-made boots.Also, you can rest assured these are not counterfeit. Shipped in an Alpinestars box with CE certification and manual.Next day following an hour-long ride in triple-digit heat: I expected that my feet would be a sweaty hot mess during and after this ride. I was pleasantly surprised that this was not at all the case. I’ll update whenever I have the “wet riding” experience, but I suspect that these quality boots will keep my feet dry as advertised. So far, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Liked the easy on and off with the Velcro. Like the shin guard as that’s a common injury for new riders. Break in period took a bit but good to go after a few dozen rides. Wouldn’t mind more ankle reinforcements but for the price I can’t necessarily complain. I ride a 23’ Ninja 650 for reference

Excelente bota, muito confortável e bem resistente. A sola é bastante rígida, então não é indicado para longas caminhadas, mas lembrado que o objetivo desse tipo de equipamento é proteção. Botas mais confortáveis do que essa tendem a oferecer menos proteção. Uma dica que dou é pedir um número maior que o usual. Serviu perfeitamente para mim. Gostei muito.
