Spacious and Secure Coop for Happy Hens
As a retired Army Cavalry Scout who's now invested in various ventures like day trading and keeping an eye on financial markets, I also enjoy tending to my small poultry farm as a side hobby. The Large Metal Chicken Coop Walk-in Poultry Cage has been a valuable addition to my farm, and I'd like to share my thoughts on it.Pros:Spacious Design: This poultry cage is roomy and provides ample space for my feathered friends. The walk-in feature makes it easy for me to access the coop, gather eggs, and clean it comfortably. My hens have plenty of space to move around, which keeps them happy and healthy.Durability: Being a former production manager, I appreciate well-built structures. This coop is made of sturdy metal that can withstand the elements and protect my birds from predators. It's a long-term investment that gives me peace of mind.Easy Assembly: Despite its size, the assembly was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and it didn't require any specialized tools. It took me less time than I expected to put it together.Predator Protection: The coop's design includes a secure locking mechanism and sturdy wire mesh that keeps my hens safe from potential threats like foxes and raccoons. Knowing that my flock is protected gives me confidence in this coop.In summary, the Large Metal Chicken Coop Walk-in Poultry Cage is a solid choice for those serious about their poultry farming endeavors. Its durability, spaciousness, and predator protection make it an excellent investment for the long haul. While it might be a bit pricey, the peace of mind and comfort it provides to both you and your feathered friends are worth it. I've had great success with it on my farm, and I recommend it to fellow poultry enthusiasts.

So far so good
How about halfway through building it had to jump off and go do something else to come back to it so far it's been building pretty easily The only things I've noticed is it doesn't always tell you which way to put the bars and I found several of them the wrong way and I had to take them off and put them back on which is not completely difficult it's just not really simple either The little things that you push in don't always want to push in all the way and so it can make it a little bit difficult it would have been nice if they've been pointed out in the directions to make sure they were right. The long beam that goes to the middle of the chicken coop I'm not really sure that it's going to fit where they're telling me to put it I did kind of step over that step because I halfway put it on and it doesn't look right so I figure if I get all the rest of them parts on the new frame that I will know if I have the right parts and then I will know if it fits or not. I'll update this review probably tonight. Hopefully I will be finished by tonight I feel like I'm about halfway done I got almost the entire frame together it's probably taking me a half hour 45 minutes. It tell you to use the larger bolts in certain spots but the larger bolts won't fit in those spots. So it runs you right out of the smaller ones because you have to use bolts. The door is pain The hinges won't mount correctly because the hinge itself is too small and so though it will hold it on from falling off it's not really supported well. So I'm headed to the hardware storeI have yet to finish it. The poles on the inside are too long and wont fit and the two poles on the end wall are not able to fit because the diameter doesn't fit into the corners either. Can someone help me. The sent me new poles but they don't fit either.

great value for the money
I like the size, shape and sturdiness of this and am using it for a greenhouse to protect my plants from the deer, squirrels and other critters. Instruction were pretty easy to follow but I suggest you read through them a few time before assembly. One thing to note: if you have dexterity issues with your dominant hand, assembly may be difficult for you. I lost dexterity in my right hand when I had a stroke, and pushing the two little knobs in at the same time as you put the pieces together was difficult, I had to use painter's tape to hold down one while I pushed the other with my fingers. Also the door is a bit difficult to figure out and adjust. Overall, very happy. I did buy rebar ubolts to secure the unit to the ground as we have high winds here.

Great frame
The frame is great, the chicken wire is flimsy and will not hold up to any predators, but if you just want the frame it's great. Easy assembly, looks as advertised

Very well built! Survived a hurricane!
I am trying to upload photos, but this chicken coop is great! Easy to put together (if you don’t get step 1 backwards). Nice size for our rooster bachelor pad. Withstood Hurricane Beryl! This thing stayed in place for most of the storm and then caught a gust that pulled it up out of the ground, over a 4ft fence and landed in the middle of our pool! It stayed in the pool until the storm was over and when we fished it out of the deep end, it was still intact with only one small bent piece! I did have to put a couple of new grommets in the tarp that pulled loose, but to fly 30 yards over a fence into a pool during 50+ mph wind gusts of a hurricane is amazing!

Great for temperate climates
Ours lasted 2 years and we really liked it. Easy to put up and enter. Unfortunately it collapsed under wet snow. The aluminum bent and was not salvageable. If youre in a northern climate you will need something more sturdy
