Very comfortable and provides relief for arch pain
I work in manufacturing and am on my feet for 12+ hours a day, 6 days a week. That's standing on concrete as well. I am very hard on my shoes. I've noticed, over the past few years, that I get pain in my arches that required insoles. I have tried a few different brands. Some are pricey and some were cheap drug store ones. All of them provide some level of support and comfort. These are better than most. The heel is starting to wear a bit, but that's with me using them every day for the last few months. These aren't as good as something like Abeo insoles from the Walking Company. But, at around half the price, you get a lot of bang for your buck. I wear an 11.5 - 12 men's and these fit without having to do any trimming. Bottom line, my feet still hurt a little bit, but these do help A LOT.Highly recommend for budget support of tired feet.

Better than the box store kind
My son tried VANS for the first time and found they weren't as cushy as his BROOKS shoes. Never mind that he has crappy arches and flat feet. Sometimes you can't tell your kids anything. Rather than kick these into the closet where the other (seems like) 100 other pair have gone to live in the dark, I decided to order these. He has used the Dr. kind of insoles you find in the box stores, that really don't do much of anything, so he has the fit down pat. When getting them to fit properly, he used those to trim the SUPPORTINSERT to fit his shoes. He added these to those VANS and said he noticed the difference immediately. They have great arch support without sacrificing his heels, which have plenty of cushion in the heels. In the cheap-o orthotics its one or the other. Its throwing your money away buying the "one size fits all".He was able to use these in all the shoes. He said he notices a huge difference in everything he does. From walking around to working 8-hour shifts. His back doesn't hurt like it did. He is in a better mood (that is worth the price of admission).Anytime he is wearing different shoes, he is taking these out of what he wore before and using these. He says this is a keeper.

Excellent support!
These arrived just as an old ankle injury flared up, and it was a perfect time to test them out.First, I like that they have a tacky bit on the bottom that helps the insole stay in place in the shoe. Having an insole slide around has never been an issue for me, but I enjoyed knowing that it would have extra stability as I my natural stability is decreased at the moment. The insole itself works great. It provides a lot of heel support, a perfect amount of arch support, and it's incredibly comfortable. I've been primarily using two other brands: Walk Hero, which is a better value but doesn't offer the springy comfort of this insole, and Spenco, who I've been brand loyal to for a very long time but their prices have increased too much in recent years. This insert needed no trimming to fit perfectly into my Asics shoe. Right away my ankle felt a bit of relief as I swapped out the factory Asics insole (I love their fit but wish they were more ergonomic!).Walking around has had therapeutic value as my ankle recovers (yet again). Today is my work from home day, and it feels so much better being mostly off of it and having the support of this insole/shoe combination when I putter between the office/kitchen/bathroom.The only thing I don't like about it are the large font SUPPORT INSOLE visible in the heel. I feel incredibly geriatric kicking my shoes off and seeing that look back at me. Otherwise, I'm incredibly happy with their performance.

One of my favorite inserts
When I developed Plantar Faciitis, I began to collect shoe inserts to help mange the heel-pain endemic to the condition. I've tried a TON of different inserts and most of them worked adequately with only a few that were not really good for the specific job of making PF more manageable. These stand out for me, providing excellent support and very good comfort over a longer period of time.I always test my supports with the same shoes while mowing the lawn. The different surfaces and often uneven areas where tree roots have come to the surface of the ground makes the activity a great test for the comfort of insoles. These really stood out for their arch support and how comfortable my heel was during the yard work. I even had to do some extra work to cut down a large tree limb that had fallen in the wind, and my heel was still comfortable throughout the work. These fall in the middle of the typical price range for these types of insoles, so I think they're a great value. I'd certainly suggest giving these a try!

Best for people with super short feet
They seemed ok when I put them on, but soon noticed that the arch support is too far back by the heel. I am almost stepping on it, and the insert is in properly. If I moved it forward it might fit better but I'd have my heel sitting on the edge of the heel cup. Sorry, it's not working for me.

What a relief to my feet
Fit perfectly in my work boots. My feet don’t hurt as bad at the end of the day, they are comfortable and the cushion your feet feel is great. They seem to be holding up well to daily wear.

comfort for your foot
If you have plantar fasciitis this insole will be comfort for your foot! As with any new high arch insole it takes a few minutes to get used to it but once you do you will appreciate it. The insole was easy to trim to fit my shoes, I just used the original as a template and went a little at a time. I left the plastic pieces on the bottom to let it go in and out of my shoes until I had the right cut then removed them. I've only put a few miles on them but they seem to be of good quality, hopefully they don't compress too quickly, I'd be happy if I got 2 years out of them as they state.Good so far!
