In terms of vitamins or nutrients I'm not sure what to tell you... My nails growth really fast and I don't think they grew faster for the time I used this nail polish. Since I used so many layers I needed to removed them weekly. They were so thin and painful, but fast forward just 2 weeks, 31st March and the overall health is so much better, long way to go but I think from the side view you can see where the nail bed is now growing out much stronger and is far healthier than the tip which has been filed over and then the acrylic put on top. I just add a coat each night, plus some oil on cuticles then take off after a few days and start again.
