These are the best knives I have ever owned. They are sharp and durable. They glide through everything you need to cut. They are beautiful and easy to use. They are heavy enough to making them easy to use, to cut chop or debone anything you want to cook.

Love this knife set! Every piece is super sharp and cuts effortlessly, which makes kitchen prep so much easier. Even things that usually give me trouble slice right through with no effort at all. The design is clean and modern, and it looks really nice sitting on the counter — not bulky or cheap-looking like some sets can be. My husband is honestly giddy about this set. He keeps finding reasons to cook just so he can try out each knife, and he’s been raving about how balanced and comfortable they feel in his hand. The block feels sturdy, and the sharpener is a great extra bonus. Overall, this set has totally exceeded our expectations. Great quality, great look, and great performance. Definitely worth the purchase!

I had to send one back because one of the knives came loose, but I bought the exact same one again because these knives are everything! They are high-quality, very sharp knives. I'm still giving them 5 stars because things happen, and I haven't had any problems with the second set they sent.

Great for beginners. The steel is sufficient. Minimal edge loss after daily use. Maintain them and they will maintain you. This should not be a final step on your cutlery journey but if you are looking to break out, this can do that.

This knife set is amazing. The knives come very sharp from factory and feel great in the hand. My girlfriend and I have both used these knives alot and we both love the weight and handle size and shape. So far the edge is holding up great and hasn’t lost much as far as sharpness. We did have one slight issue where a couple of the knives had rivets that loosened. I got in contact with Cole from Shan Zu support and they easily rectified the situation. Sent me replacement knives and even offered compensation in return for my troubles. I will definitely be buying a couple more sets next holiday season for family. They’re durable and classy for a great price leaves nothing to be desired.

These knives are made very well and really really sharp and the bone shears are a plus for chicken bones

Very elegant looking. Very sharp so be extremely careful. You need to buy the proper shaping tool (honing rod) as shown in pictureto the right of the knives.

Couper un oignon est devenu un vrai plaisir : les tranches sont parfaitement fines, sans aucun écrasement. Après plusieurs semaines d'usage intensif, je constate que les lames gardent remarquablement bien leur tranchant - bien mieux que mes anciens couteaux à prix équivalent. Ce que j'apprécie particulièrement : Un confort d'utilisation exceptionnel : les manches ergonomiques épousent parfaitement la main, même lors de longues sessions de cuisine. Le couteau à désosser est un vrai bijou pour préparer les volailles avec précision. L'aiguiseur intégré fait des miracles et prolonge considérablement la durée de vie des lames. Quelques points à noter : Le bloc de rangement est assez imposant (prévoir de la place sur le plan de travail) Comme tous les bons couteaux, un affûtage occasionnel reste nécessaire Mon avis franc : Si vous passez du temps en cuisine et cherchez des couteaux fiables et durables, ce set est un excellent choix. Le prix est justifié par une qualité qui rivalise avec des marques bien plus chères. Un investissement qui change vraiment le quotidien !

These knives are OK for basic cutting, however, the fit and finish is awful. Really basic things for any knife maker to get right, but they have rough edges everywhere to make holding them a poor experience. If you are handy and don’t mind putting them over a belt sander to tidy up the poorly finished handles, they are probably ok, but for anyone who wants them ready to go out of the box, look elsewhere.

È un buon prodotto, il ceppo è in legno ed è pesante ma esteticamente fa la sua figura, I coltelli poi sono belli esteticamente e molto affilati quindi consiglio di fare molta attenzione. Consiglio vivamente l'acquisto.
