I’m still playing around with this but This is a great kit but I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners. Maybe someone who is a bit experienced but you definitely do not need to be an expert to try this kit. There are some challenging parts but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it so far. The colors are a bit off from the photos online and on the papers they come with but that’s mentioned prior to purchase. I still think they are beautiful colors and it’s coming out great so far.

A very nice set. It threw me off when it said cross stitch, I was looking for embroidery. I love the black background. I'll buy more if they get different designs.

I love the black background. I had never tried embroidery on black before but I like doing it better, any color other than white. It’s fun. I don’t use the colors that come with it, I use my own so I canMake it brighter. The quality of the material, thread and hoop was all fine and easy to use. I’d buy this again.

I have these to give different people so I kind of wish they were packaged seperately and webinar hooks for each one but otherwise good quality

Love getting these kits. They are a nice little challenge and a great intro to embroidery.

I don't even know why one of the questions is if it's stretchy. It is not stretchy and it's not sheer. It's actually pretty decent quality especially for the price. I'm not new to embroidery and I make up my own things to embroider but there are moments where I just want the ease of soemthing I don't have to think about. Something with all the pattern printed, all the colors picked for me.

I bought these because I wanted to try a new hobby, it comes with instructions and plenty of string to complete the project. I think it’d make good gifts! If it came with more rings, they’d make the perfect set.

The kits are nice enough, but ignore the item description where it says Cross Stitch.(Sometimes these kits have photos that show embroidery, but come with cross stitch charts. This is NOT the case with these.)Looks like I am going to have to learn embroidery!
