Extra stones
The media could not be loaded. I saw alot of statements about this one area on the cup. It's minimal, they send extra stones to fix it. There may be a glitch in their mapper or layout function. It's all good. Beautiful cup. Haven't put anything in it yet. Top is not watertight, so I'm sure it will leak. Keep it upright, lol!!

Does Not Keep Items Cold
This is a fun and attractive sparkly mug, but there is absolutely no insulation in it. It kept NOTHING cold. Ice cubes melted within minutes. Very sorry I purchased this mug.

Better than the pictures.
I ordered the AB cup and I am extremely happy with it. I waited several days to write this review to ensure that the crystals didn’t immediately start falling off, and that the cup quality was good. I haven’t lost a single crystal, but if I do in the future, they provide extra crystals with the cup. It’s beautifully made, and it keeps my drinks extremely cold. This is a great quality cup, and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Great cup
This is the 3rd cup, I buy, and love it. I bought this black one for my son‘s girlfriend for Christmas, and she absolutely loves it. I have a red one, keeps drinks, cool, easy to handle and fits in my car cupholder. Highly recommend this item.

Loved it. It’s so beautiful!!! And the attention to detail on the way it was packaged. Not even my Stanley cup was sent with that much care. Thank you. I loved it so much. Even the extra rhinestone and GLUE. Once again thank you.

Very pretty, but missing rhinestones!
I just recently bought this and started using it even though it is missing stones I was going to see if I could find the size of stone to glue them on myself at Michael's. If not for the missing rhinestones I would have given this item 5 stars!

Bling is peeling off before you even open the box, cheaply made.
This was the worst cup I ever bought I wish I could give it 0 stars.
