The cup worked as advertised. I plugged it into the charger for about hours and there was a green light on all the time. Not sure what that meant, the instructions were minimal. But the charge was god for only one mix. I made cinnamon butter coffee and the cup did a great job mixing in the butter and cinnamon!

The mug feels like a decent quality build. It's a little smaller than some, but still good size. It has graduation marks inside for ml so if you're mixing liquids with powder you can measure your liquid. I can't attest to their accuracy. I like the magnetic connection - no usb port to worry about getting wet. Included charging cable is braided, 3ft long and has a blue led light on the magnet end when plugged into usb power source. I noticed when operating, it was slightly noisier than my other mug (different brand) but discovered the spinner was the culprit...swapping their spinners reduced the noise. I've noticed some spinners are noisier than others and stir slightly better - a "rib" around the middle of the spinner stirs better, but is noisier. So changing your spinner might help if you find the noise bothersome. But really, with the lid on it's not disruptive. It only has one function. Touch control worked ok...not perfect, but not frustrating. ...just have to learn it's sweet spot. It has 3 indented dots below the on/off symbol. When it's working, the right dot illuminates. When it's charging a light between the left and middle intentions comes on...kinda weird, but that's what it does. It does not seem to have a battery power indicator to let you know when to charge it or when charging is complete. Lid does not fit super securely and would probably prevent a spill but might not stay on if it takes a tumble. I wouldn't trust it in a bag. LOVE the slider opening and straw hole with plug...just wished the lid fit a little tighter. Obviously, do not submerge it when washing it and don't put it in the dishwasher or microwave.

The size was good. The ease of cleaning was fine. The quality was good. The ease of us is there.. The value for the money is a little steep, but given it’s a smart style kind of cup that makes it for you. I guess it’s an investment but functionality wise. It’s a pain in the butt because when you’re holding your cup, I like to hold like the actual cup not the handle and then I kept hitting the button anytime I would put that cup down or I would hold the cup in my arms. It would press the button. So bugged the ever loving doodie out of me . Battery life is super long thought. If you’re sitting at your desk and you’re using your cup and and you don’t mind using a cup correctly, like holding the handle which the handle is weird and itself, it’s not like around curved piece. It’s like a like an L and then the handles like flat so it’s, think it has poor design I guess .

Do not like it couple three times and won’t even stare now I have charged it till much during push the button and light comes on. Doesn’t do anything I do not like it like the color keep the coffee, warm, etc. waste of money.

This does a great job of stirring your coffee. Wish the handle felt a little sturdier. The on off button is a little frustrating at times but I like the mug and it does what they say it will!! Good price as well.

This product didn't wow me. It's a neat concept but the mechanism that stirs the drink is a magnet that is NOT attached to the cup, so it came off one time. It was also EXTREMELY loud (imagine a machine inside metal and how that can increase the sound intensity). It also didnt seem like it would mix thicker powders that well. I returned it.

I use this for hot chocolate. It does a good job.

I have no issue with the cup other than it should have had a removable rubber plug for the charging input opening. I also wish that I could turn off the unit before the 30 seconds is up. Some beverages do not need that long for mixing + it lends itself to more heat loss.

Used once : It was very long to charge and the battery lasted just for a few seconds, not long enough to shake a drink. The small capsule sized movable shaker at the bottom can be easy to lose when cleaning, I might even say it poses a potential choking hazard
