I took a photo on my phone and compared the Hettich hinge I found on Amazon it looked the same so I decided to give it a try for £25. When it came it looked exactly the same. Fitted it myself and it works ok. Hope this helps.

No idea. If it was me I would contact Ikea and ask if an off the peg hinge made for other fridge doors would fit their make. Ikea have the knack of being different when it comes down to spares. I once asked for a screw to fit a bed leg and I had to supply the code for the bed the model No and its name before they would entertain an answer. Even if you supply them with all that info dont hold your breath for an answer. They may be able to put you in touch with the manufacturer.
