I have this on our deck in front of 2 French glass doors. It’s durable, rain water goes through it nicely and it looks elegant through the doors and while looking at the deck from the kitchen nook windows. I’ve tried many styles and types of mats over 23 years and this is the first that does what it’s intended for perfectly while looking decorative.

Yes, it does have a strong tire store smell at first, so I recommend opening outside! Very thick. Very nice.

I am so pleased with the quality of this doormat that I bought two. The rubber is wonderfully thick and durable, way thicker than my prior mat which I moved to another less-used door. I love this type of mat, I have wooded acreage on three sides of my home so I need a mat that can help remove debris more than I need absorbency. I also have two dogs, and again I would prefer the debris be removed from their feet more than absorbency, the inner door mats, made for homes with pets do a wonderful job of absorbency. This mat will last a long time and look beautiful at the same time.

The quality of this mat was a surprise to me. We are so pleased on how beautiful it looks in front of our front door.

I was looking for one of these that would fit large double front doors and this is actually almost too big. It is perfect for our front porch. A month later, it still has a very strong odor, but that's not a big deal. It would not be good for indoor use because of that issue. Otherwise, it is great quality, very heavy/sturdy and should last a long time.
