Love it
Works perfectly with model 3MNLR56BSD-V1. The remote is great for when I want to change function from my bed but the switch keeps life easy by not having to hunt the remote down or Just the simple act of turning on the light when walking into the room. Had mine installed by electrician with no problem.

Fan returns to previous setting when power is removed and then restored
I had asked a question before purchasing as to whether the fan will start running again if power is removed and then restored or revert to "off." Someone told me that it would revert to "off." They were incorrect.

Light grey not white.
It's says white but expect it to look light grey next to an actual white switch. I can overlook the cheapness of the rubber buttons but the color is an eye sore.

Got this in addition to the remote and works really well as the wall switch. Be advised this is wall mount ONLY and not a remote control. Works really well with my Maverick 72 fan but had to get a electrician to install it professionally.

hmmmm....
Bought two for Monte Carlo 99" fans. Out of the box one was defective and didn't work at all. The other blew out within the first minute of operation. Fortunately, the fans work without this switch.

WORKs well
Works well. Cannot he used with fan remote control. Must use either/or, that’s the only drawback.
