Home depot was incapable of delivering a Hampton Bay hardtop gazebo so I came here. Delivery was fine as far as time. Quite a few parts came dented or bent. The top is absolutely not hardtop. It's not as advertised nor pictured. The top panels are the corrugated stuff lawn signs are made of but with some clear, somewhat opaque layer on top. (Which were the parts that came with alot of bent edges as they're really just cardboard with something over top.)Which in turn, this kind of top does not provide much sun blocking, as alot of light still comes in. So alot of heat and sun for something that's purpose is light blocking and shade. Going to have to put UV film on them to help provide actual shade.ALOT of off measurements on the fabricated pieces. The metal is pretty flimsy and not super sturdy, the type that still wobbles even after proper assembly and bolting down to the surface. I don't know how these "hardtop" panels are going to hold up to rain and some larger ones in the middle sections are already sagging. I don't expect these panels to endure any kind of weight from snow nor the metal framing to endure any wind.I should have just bought another canvas top from Job lot for $300 which lasted me 3 years and provided actual shade. Doubtful this will last more than a year. Of course too much of a nightmare to return. Sorely disappointed in the quality and so unhappy. Aggravated I have to add uv film to the underside of panels to get shade. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.

Perfect for our Hot tub ! Did take us some time to put together … had to steak it down to the ground pretty well due to if we have bad weather don’t want it to blow over … was a little wobbly … it was confusing on how to hang the screen and curtains ( no installation instructions I had to figure out my self ) wasn’t too happy about that took me 1 hour to hang …. But other than that is very nice …

A handful of ceiling tiles were cut improperly. Several pieces were bent or misshaped because of the cheap material. Had I’d known the quality was so bad and that this would be worse than an ikea project, I would have passed
