I bought this to do a re-gear in my Jeep LJ rear axle. I didn’t need or use the carrier bearings because my ARB Rd109 air locker came with the correct over size bearings, and the pinion seal was incorrect for a 2006 Jeep LJ. But over all, It was complete and correct for certain Dana 44 axles. It was 200% cheaper than Yukon’s kit with the exact same Timken USA made bearings. Sub $100, total price!! Jackpot!

Came with all Timken bearings as advertised, but came with 3/8 Ring gear bolts when I needed 7/16

Bought this kit just to save time figuring out what Timken pinion bearings to order. I already had Timken carrier bearings. The pinion bearings in this kit were Koyo brand, despite the extra charge for the part number ending in "T" that designates all Timken bearings. Those two bearings were the only things I needed in this kit. So I just wasted $124 due to false advertising and not getting the brand parts I specified and paid for. Now I have to take the time to cross refence and find the Timken part numbers and pay again.

This arrived today with Timken pinion bearings and Koyo carrier bearings. Description says Timken and doesn’t mention anything about Koyo. Not a huge deal, but I ordered this thinking I was getting Timken all the way around. Everything else looks to be in order.

Came with all the pieces I needed to rebuild the Dana 44 in my TJ. However, came with a bunch of shims but none of them are skinny enough to correctly adjust backlash which is super annoying.

Inside pinion bearing outer race is .150" too big to fit in case. Apparently this kit does not fit a Dana 44 front axle in a 94 F150.
