There was some discomfort in my heels when I began to use these. I really like the height increase and that no one has noticed how I have been using these.

Because normal shoes, coupled with such a thick pad, have long been unable to get stuck, and the walking foot can easily fall out of the shoe. It's really comfortable and has a non-slip design. Unlike the augmentation pads I bought before, it is gel, unlike ordinary soft cotton, which will lose its elasticity after a long time of use. But there is also a disadvantage of using this kind of heightening pad, that is, the stress point is transferred from the heel to the front sole of the foot, so people like me who work and walk a lot will have thick dead skin on the front.

The media could not be loaded.  These are nice heel lifts. I like that they are one piece, compared to other lifts that have different layers you have to sandwich together to get the achieved height.They are very shock absorbing but will not squish really flat like “memory foam” inserts tend to do.The only thing I wish they had was an adhesive strip to keep them anchored to the insoles of my shoes.

I am giving this four stars because they are greet quality but my husband will have to modify them. He is a above the knee amputee and needed some height difference pads for his shoes and these are a tad to tall so we will cut them down to work but still very nice quality pads

These are very comfortable in the proper shoe. I tried to put them into my cowboy boots, but there was not enough room. They were great in the appropriate shoes. Very comfortable.

I recently broke my toe and have to wear a walking boot for 6-8 weeks. The boot adds about 3 cm to my left leg which throws my whole skeletal system out of whack. I ordered the 3 cm Bachofy heel raiser and it's made all the difference in protecting my posture. When I walk, my hips feel level and both feet feel comfortable. The heel lift matches the seller's description. It fits most of my casual shoes and slippers. I wear 6.5 woman. It's easy to wipe clean or wash in the sink.

Very sturdy lifts for your heels. Gives you that extra little height without making it look like your shoes are tall/huge. 2cm is perfect for typical dress shoes and did not slip inside the shoes.
