Getting back into shape and sit ups and crunches are pretty harsh. I have a hernia injury I got years ago (from doing sit ups with a weight on my chest when I was in great shape), and was looking for a solution. I came across this type of equipment and of the 3 I found I went with the cheapest in case it wasn’t for me. I went with this one and it’s just what I hoped for. The adjustable resistance and portability / easy storage are great. It’s versatile in that you could work many different areas with one piece of equipment, but have only used it for sit up assistance so far. The different exercises are actually printed on the cushion. It’s absolutely silent- some reviews say it’s noisy or creaky and mine is silent and sturdy. The built in cushion is comfortable enough- I can just sit on it and watch tv or whatever and adjust the tension if I want. really happy with it

There is a variety of workouts I can do. Its small, but very sturdy.

I like the fact that there are a ton of ways to utilize this . It helps that it’s small and easy to store . The only thing I don’t like is the velcro straps that attach . I didn’t like the fact that they kept popping off when being used . No worries though , I just utilized some small tie wraps to keep them secure . Other than that , I LOVE IT !!

The media could not be loaded.  I just got this. It is ridiculously squeaky. I'll be returning it. I think it would be good if not for the noise. Disappointed.Changing from 3 to 5 stars for customer service and product quality. I contacted to seller and was sent another one that is smooth and whisper quiet. Really works your muscles too! Great product.
