Once you get over this, and I hope everyone realizes what is going on here, and you see that these aren't a miracle gummy, you can decide for yourself if there is benefit for you in taking them, and if they are worth the cost.I take these to add a bit of ACV to my daily diet, and primarily for the folate, iodine, B12 and B6. They taste good to me, but I find them too expensive for what they are, especially since I don't buy into the whole ACV gummy hype for keto or weight loss. Exercise and diet (nutrition) is what will get you thin and healthy.So, for my use and knowing what I consider to be the truth about the ACV gummy trend, I like them. But I don't like the price. I do like the taste and texture though.

I can’t claim that these boost being in ketosis but the reminder is helpful. They are flavorful and taste like a sugary gummy bear. No bad aftertaste. Would be easy to eat a handful but directions advise what the daily amount should be.

No weight loss whatsoever. I gave it a good try. Sure the taste good. So if you want some sugary candy with tangy flavor, then this is it. But a bit expensive for candy though. One star is all they get. Do not recommend.
