I like that this sea moss gel only has two simple ingredients, and they don't include sugar. However, I wasn't able to try it because it was moldy when I received it. It came wrapped with an ice pack, but the ice pack was melted (not surprising with the heat wave we've been having) and the jar had leaked even though the seal looked intact.

This came in a glass jar with a tightened plastic lid, neckband-wrapped for protection. Mine has a date label of July 12, 2024 on the bottom, about 2 weeks ago. When I opened it, it emitted a strong, sour smell. Really bad that I think mine had rotten. It was thick but smooth. I didn't try it for obvious reasons. Too bad, I really wanted to give it a try since sea moss gel is a superfood rich in minerals & nutrients. Mine came packed with an ice pack in a bubble wrap but it wasn't cold at all.

The seamoss gel itself seems ok, thick gel like substance, ours has a slight smell to it but can't really taste it if you mix it into a smoothie. We have always taken seamoss (pill) form in the past , but we really like the fact that only has two ingredients (pure seamoss/alkaline water). After a week, its been good so far. The cold pack packaging didn't really help, it was all melted by the time we open the box, perhaps its better to order during colder season. How can you tell if the product is contaminated or not ?

I received with an ice pack, but delivery in Florida I wasn't expecting it to still be cold.I'm not sure if it started fermenting but it stinks.. It still tastes ok but the smell.. It's really overwhelming.I'll still use it tho and mixed a bit in some juice.. It's ok

I feel so healthy when I have a big scoop of sea moss gel daily. This wildcrafted sea moss gel has zero sugar; it is not mixed with fruit like some sea moss gels are. I added a few drops of monkfruit sweetener to make it more tasteful but without the sugar.The sea moss came with a cold ice pack. Unfortunately, I was out of town to receive it right away. The sea moss was still good and I refrigerated it immediately. I did not notice any odor and I have a very sensitive nose to odors.You can't go wrong with this sea moss.
