One dumbbell. The weights are adjustable with a twist of the grip. It’s super easy and quick to do. There is a bar extension and a kettle bell handle. This is a great addition for my workout set up. The best part is that it takes the place of several weights and keeps things nice and tidy. I don’t have a lot of room for equipment.

Amazed at this set. It is so simple and yet so genius. I wish I would have thought of it myself haha. WORD TO THE WISE: In the instructions it's not super clear on how to adjust the weight. I kept trying to turn the circles like a lock. But you move the HANDLE to choose what weight you want. I'm embarrassed to say how long it took me to figure that out and I think it's needs to be simplified in the instructions a bit ahah. Compact, Easy to put together and very easy to use. Highly recommend!

I love the versatility of these weights!Super easy to change the weight and kind of lifting you are doing!!Super easy to store in a smaller space like an apartment!It truly is as easy to adjust and use as it shows in the pictures and video! It WILL take you a few times to get the hang of the fluidity of how to change things, but once you get your routine, it will become second nature!Love this!!
