This picture frame is a great gift for anyone who wants to enjoy their photos instantly from their phone! The quality is really good and setting it up and getting started is very easy. I shared the code with my family so they can send photos instantly to my frame and I can enjoy them as soon as they’re sent. The ability to share photos directly from my phone to my picture frame is definitely a plus!

The size was just what I was looking for. The pictures are sharp and clear and it was easy to setup. I only wish the security code didn't change so often. Once I have it for a while, hopefully I'll remember to pull in the code before I try to send pictures. Overall I love the frame.

I love this frame! It’s on my mantle, displaying our family photos. it’s a great size. The picture quality is great and the app is easy to use.

We bought one for each of the kids grandparents this year for Christmas. They all loved it! We have downloaded the apps and have already loaded a bunch of photos on them. Pretty easy to understand, the only thing I'm not thrilled about is it is slow to respond to touches. But that is my personal complaint, it still works just fine.

Great unit, lots of storage and display options!

Purchased June 2023. It is now February 2, 2024, and it seems to have developed dementia. It plays a few photos and then goes to menu screen. Transitions between photos is inconsistent and erratic. No longer accepts photos via the internet connection. Buyers spend a lot of time to download photos and to have to start over after a few months is disgraceful. My opinion: JUNK. Zero stars if available. I will look for another brand that, hopefully, will work as intended.

If you really want to know about a product from the reviews, you know to look at the 3 and 4-star ratings. I'm comparing this frame to a Nix 12" frame I bought more then 5 years ago, as a reference. The main reason I wanted to upgrade was for higher resolution, and to be able to read more than 32GB of external storage (SD/USB). The claim that this one will read 64GB is indeed true. The *major* problem was, it can't seem to figure out vertical pictures, so they all end up sideways. Super annoying. You can manually rotate each one, and it seems to know what to do after that, but if you're dealing with 15000 pictures, it's pretty unacceptable in this day and age. The Nix dealt with this issue just fine, and it's more than 5 years old.The construction of this frame seems much more flimsy than the Nix. Can we chalk that up to newer/lighter components? Maybe a little, but the Nix feels substantially more solid.Lastly, the ports for USB and SD card are on the bottom. If you have a longer USB zip drive, you cannot use it as it will stick out below the frame. You have to use a small profile drive, or the micro SD slot. And why micro SD? Save cost?? A poor trade off in my opinion. Another big negative was that you can only play EITHER videos or photos. Can't just have a list of files and it figure it out.On the upside, the picture is definitely good. I didn't bother with any of the WiFi/App aspect, because I am leery about adding these sort of devices to my network (viruses). I'm fine copying to the frame from a USB drive.I'm sure there are better frames out there, but another brand I tried would not read 64GB as claimed, so I sent it back. I guess it all depends on what is most important for you.

This is the second photo album frame that I get from this brand, and I absolutely love them. It was easy to combine my account with these two frames and I am able to add pictures very easy through the app. I love the different settings you can put on the slide shows and I just love this so much.

I take mostly high resolution photos and wanted a display in the 13-16" size range with high resolution capabilities that I could simply run off an external card. I ordered this 3k frame because it was at a reasonable price with a $50 off coupon. I am using it strictly as a slideshow display using 128Gb micro sd card. I have not downloaded the Vphoto app, nor created an account, so I do not upload photos or videos via the app or email.First thing I had to do was format a 128Gb micro sd card to Fat32 as that is the only file system the frame will read. I tried inserting the sd card in the slot provided and because of the way the ports are set up, was tricky to push in and remove. Solved by using a Lexar sd card reader adapter in the USB port. The adapter is the perfect size for the spacing next to the power input and easy to insert or remove. Tested with an initial 187 photos (1.15Gb) - inserted and the frame immediately recognized the sd card in the usb port and slideshow up and running in a couple minutes.I set the frame to run slideshows with the following settings: Fit to Screen, Caption on, Music off, Slideshow Interval 10 seconds, Slideshow transition default. Photos show beautifully - great clear, sharp resolution, colour right on.Cons: There is no motion detector feature with this frame. There is no physical on/off switch. You can set the frame to sleep during certain hours, otherwise it will run all the time. My solution was to use a surge protected power bar with an on/off which I can easily access. I run the frame when I want to and then hit the off switch on the power bar to turn the frame off.Positives: Great 3k resolution. Touch screen. When the slideshow is running you can use the touch screen feature to scroll forward or backward thru your pics. Easy to get up and running if you want to simply use an external sd or usb card. The frame comes packaged in a good quality solid box and delivery was quick.Tested wifi and connects with no issues. If you want to use the clock and date feature, you need to be connected to wifi.I am not using the app for this frame so I cannot rate its functionality. I give 5 stars for photo quality and ease of use for my purpose. It does what I purchased it for. If I ever use the app functions, I will rate them. I have included a pic of the sd/usb card setup, and a couple of my photos.
