I’m 5’4 and roughly 170-ish lbs, and the extra large size fit perfectly! I carry a lot of extra weight in my backside and thighs, but I do have a little extra weight in my lower abdomen as well and this body shaper worked perfectly to smooth everything in my stomach out better without constricting or being too tight around the butt area (which is a problem I’ve had with other shapewear before). Thankfully this shapewear also has a hook closure (similar to a bra) in the crotch area which makes it so much easier when you need to use the restroom.

Really works well had a bra type closure on crotch so you don't have to completely undress to use the facilities. Does pinch my arm pits a bit,.pain is beauty 😐

Esta faja me gusto mucho! cumple su proposito al comprimir mi abdomen me alinia la postura y por ende mi columna conserva su curbatura original .Solo dos detalles los tirantes calan despues de un rato que la estas usando y cuando tienes necesidad de usar el baño los broches no son tan ideales , me hubiera gustado mejor velcro Seria mas facial abrochar y desabrochar 😉Por lo demas muy buena compra !

I ordered per the measurements, I am a size 14/16 and measured into the xl, but it fit weird. I’m bottom heavy and usually the hips area of these things is snug. This was snug at the waist and above but had very little compression where I needed it, at the hips and belly pooch. I could easily have sized down there, but it was already uncomfortably tight higher. It smoothed things out a little but did nothing for sucking things in or creating a shape. The zipper bows in and out when sitting so it’s pressing into your stomach and creating a weird ripple effect. The snaps at the crotch are positioned towards the back and extremity difficult to manage. The back for me ended at the top of my bra band, and it created bulges that I wouldn’t normally have. I wish I had tried it on before removing the tags so I could have returned it, i don’t think I’ll ever wear it again.

STRONG compression, but still comfortable. Make sure you wear it with the zipper in front, not in the back. The zip is hidden under a panel, so it won’t be visible even under a form-fitting dress. Did a fantastic job of shaping my waist and smoothing my belly - just try it, you’ll be really happy to have stuck with a tried and true name brand!

The product does what it’s supposed to do but the metal buckles on the straps are painful. They dig into your skin and just make it really uncomfortable to wear. I thought maybe I got the wrong size, but that didn’t change it. I even covered them in moleskin and it still hurts.

I need firmer hold below my waist. This has a very firm waist fabric.

Needed xs and could not find anyone selling my size. Was perfect, did exactly what it was supposed to.
