I am no stranger to purple shampoos as a long term user of them. This seems right up there in quality with Joico and Nexxus, while exceeding the quality of brands like Shimmer Lights, Jhirmack and basic drug store brands.I know I'm not a typical purple shampoo user as my hair is ashen brown, but the tips of my hair are brassy from having dyed them in the past and I use purple shampoo weekly to fix this issue, I also love the way it cools down the brown color of my hair, leaving a fresh and clean ashen tone.It has a very mild Pina Colada scent, it's genle on my extra long tailbone length hair, it arrived with no leaks or spills, it leaves hair soft, refreshed, smelling good and deposits a decent amount of tint on the hair that is noticeable after 2 washings in a row.For the money, I am unsure if this shampoo is worth it, it took me a week to finally get the pump nozzle to pop open from the closed position, I tried everything, including unscrewing the whole thing then drying it off and trying to fiddle with it. I found that I finally had to screw it on super tight, and then *forcibly* twist the pump head in alternating directions until it FINALLY popped as if by some kind of miracle. I normally don't have this issue with twist locking shampoo pumps.All in all I am still very pleased with this order and I can highly recommend this to anyone in need of a high quality purple shampoo, as long as you've got the deep pockets to pay for this pricy stuff. I'll give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars, rounding up to 5 stars.

This purple tinting shampoo, “Brilliant Bonde”, by GOLDIE LOCKS is a very elegant, concentrated, and moisturizing shampoo for people looking to add a bit of color to their grey hair, without any harsh chemicals used in hair dyes. Most important here though, is how this shampoo will every so slightly tint your hair color.I noticed right away after a few uses. I am 1/4 grey, and this shampoo actually makes my grey hair color look darker, almost to the point where it doesn’t look grey anymore. And again, this is without harsh any chemicals used in color dyes-! I have used other shampoos for people with grey hair, and this outperforms all of them easily.This shampoo is highly concentrated, and a small dimes sized portion works very well on my shorter hair.It lathers incredibly, and smells very elegant….like you’re in a salon.The bottle is huge, and I’m confident this will last me an entire year. Remember, this is highly concentrated.I recommend this purple shampoo for persons with greying hair, that don’t like using harsh chemicals and want results. This purple shampoo even works amazingly on stubborn grey hair-!!!Even though this shampoo is expensive, it’s work every penny you pay for it IMO.

This purple shampoo really helps cancel out the yellow in my hair. it also smells really nice and leaves my hair feeling super soft

This purple shampoo is a metallic sparkly purple with an amazing smell. It takes the brass out of my blonde, but it does leave my hair knotted and stringy feeling, so make sure you use a good conditioner after. It hasn’t stained my tub like others have. I like the pump bottle. It lathers really well. I’m happy with it.

First of all, the packaging is awful! The container is attractive, but I can't read a word on the bottle! It definitely couldn't be sold over the counter in the store because no one would know what it is!I have gray hair, not blonde, but the purple shampoos generally brighten the gray for me. This works ok, better if I do two applications with a shampoo, but the shampoo is so expensive and one shampoo cleans my hair well that I hate to "waste" it by doing a second shampooing. Maybe it cleans a bit too well because it gets a little dried out and frizzy from it. Although I have a lot of hair, it's super fine and can easily fly-away.The one big plus compared to other brightening shampoos I've used is that you don't have to let it set for 3-5 minutes before rinsing.Disappointed because I really wanted to like it.

Nice size bottle for the value, smells good, and actually works. No dryness after using, the only this is it arrive with the shampoo all over the bottle as seen in the picture. I didn't like that part!!

I had high hopes for this shampoo. I was expecting something close to liquid gold— instead I got dry hair. I like the pump feature and the amount of product you get. The smell is generic, nothing special. When I was washing my hair it immediately felt dry and stringy.. I thought maybe my hands were rough. When I used a different conditioner after shampooing, I could feel my hair being soft again. I did not like this shampoo and it slightly* brought back the iciness in my hair, but not as much as I had expected it to. I have tested a lot of purple shampoos and this is on the bottom of the list.
