The bike (Mukkpet GL) came packaged perfectly. Not one scratch, dent, ding, whatever. Once out of the box, the next thing I noticed was that after I put the seat on (quick attachment) and the handlebars on (another quick attachment), it was completely assembled. The only thing I used the supplied tools for was to make sure all nuts/bolts were tight. The battery had about a half charge and the front tire needed about 10 lbs of pressure. Once those things were done, it was off to the races (or maybe just a quick joyride). That was four days ago. So far, no problems as I have been learning how to run through all the gears and pedal assist levels. The battery indicates it is still almost fully charged (22 miles) but I do use it almost exclusively in pedal assist mode. The bike is comfortable to ride, very stable on the road with those fat tires and very responsive. I had to look online to find out how to turn on the installed headlight and tail-lights but that was easy. I found that the brake light works well once someone following me told me that I had a brake light (cool). I zip-tied a white milk crate to the rear carrier and I was ready to go. Is this a road racer? No. Using the pedals to the max on the highest assist level, I did get the speedometer up to 28 mph, but on throttle only, I am going a max of about 20 mph (there might also have been a tailwind and downhill slope involved). However, that is pretty darn good for a retired, out of shape, 69 yr old person. Is this for mountain biking? Probably not, but it isn't being used for that. And considering that I am using it for getting around town and going to the local grocery store, it is plenty fast. Getting around town is so easy, the pedal assist with the 500 W motor provides plenty of power. Frankly, my truck hasn't been started in four days. Yep, I really like this bike.

This bike is awsome!!! Me and my Wife have so much fun on these bikes. This bike is built well, easy to get on and off. We Love thé fat tires it has good power and it foldable easy to store or travel with. My display had stop working, I called Customer Service Team they figure out the issue sent me a new display and that fix the problem. Im happy to be riding again with my wife. If you're looking for a very good e-bike the gl series is one of them.

Bike came well packaged. Bike is FAST! Battery life is good. Fun to ride. Comfortable and sturdy. Great performance.Had an issue with the bike not turning on. Contacted customer support and they responded quickly and got the replacement part within a week. All in all, great bike for money and HIGHLY recommend.

received on time and product was of good quality but the front shock bracket that attaches to the headlight had a huge scrape on it which I will have to sand down and paint.bike performs well has good power and is overall a great bike!it comes fully assembled which was a pleasant surprise and would recommend they ad real time ride distance and it would be perfect as it already has cruise control.

I have a faulty display,Been 2 weeks dealing with their support personnel Rather than replace the display they are telling me to alter the electrical system to do what the display is supposed to do.The original display failed after 6 months. Would not turn on. Replacement display is defective,cannot control pedal assist. Need a display that works.

I love this bike. However the headlight doesn’t work. Not sure what the problem is.

The vendor has been very interested in making things right. They reach out frequently and are eager to help. We continue to work with them for a refund for the tire repairs we required. I'm impressed with the service and look forward to working with vendor again.The tires are not good quality. We have had to replace the tires after one week when we rode the bike on the road but over goat stickers. Spent another $200 to replace the tires.
