The black color really shows the gold. Small riffle design works great for separating the black sands. I love Sluice Fox pan design!!

I bought it for my husband & I've used it myself a few times.It is literally THEE BEST gold pan ever.He loves it, I love it. I only wish I'd purchased myself one as well. Lol.Also they give you a really cool sticker too.

I’m giving this five stars because it’s a good size for backpacking and well made. I haven’t been able to figure out the best way to make it work, but it does get gold. It also loses a lot of gold but that may be my lack of practice with this design. I’ll continue to practice and see if it takes a different technique than a standard pan.

Product arrived 4 days late, but was in perfect condition. Great product with a great price, but the automatic monthly prime subscription that you can't shut off will probably prevent me from ever using Amazon again.

The large riffles make fast work of larger material while the smaller spiral riffles on the finishing side make me more confident in my cleanups. I can easily clean cons pretty quick on the finishing side while the deep lip at the bottom holds the good stuff. The little guys let the cons come right back down the slope of the pan easily when you tilt it back down.

Great pan. Love the different types of riffles from large to small.
