Very effective tool for lawncare when it works. I purchased one about 18 moths ago. Worked well for about 3 maths and then the on/off startedMalfunctioning. At first repeated pressing got it to work. Finally 2mths later it failed completely. Now I have a dead machine in my garage. What a pity because I like the machine.

The weight is not too bad, considering you've got two 4 amp hour 20 volt battery packs attached to it. I had a ton of maple leaves on my deck to suck up. It is best to let the leaves get brown and crunchy before vacuuming. They mulch better and you can get more in the bag before dumping. The unit did as good as I thought it would. It is very easy to change between vacuum and blowing. The bag hangs in a good spot. It would be nice if there were a shoulder harness.Now the negative. This unit has four speeds and a turbo button that has to be held down for turbo to come on. The blower function was more than capable. (Turbo mode eats up battery pretty quick.) On vacuuming, speed 3 was probably the most efficient, but you really need it on 4 to get the leaves up. That said, I was able to get about 30 to 40 minutes out of it before it quit working. It comes with a charger to charge both 20 volt batteries at the same time. The bad part is it took about 2 HOURS to recharge the batteries. So, if you don't have a whole lot to vacuum up, or you're not in a hurry, then I feel pretty good about this machine. The mulching was very good. The bag is very easy to get on and off. It just gets heavy after about 1/2 full. I recommend this unit for medium to light duty. Until a better heavy duty unit with more battery life is on the market, this maybe as good as it gets.

battery charge didn't last very long and after a little over a year charger won't charge. Bought for convenience but didn't live up to expectations.

I left the batteries in the charger all night. In the morning the lights were green, but attaching them to the blower unit only sent a one second spike on the battery indicator lights and the blower won't work. I returned it for an exchange and the new one worked for about six months. I only used it a few times and this one is doing the same thing the original one did. The lights flash but the blower won't work. I tested the batteries with a battery tester and they are fully charged, but the blower won't work. It is past the return window so it is just an expensive piece of garbage. If you insist on buying this model I suggest getting the longest warranty you can. UPDATE: I really, really wanted this blower to work as it is easy to use and when it worked for a few minutes it was great, but I've ordered and returned four of these units now and they all have the same problem. They work for a very short time and then they go dead. I'm returning the last one now for a refund.

The battery dies pretty fast

The media could not be loaded.  The wind is very strong and has two levels to adjust the wind size. It is equipped with two batteries so you don't have to worry about running out of power before you finish blowing. The one I bought before was like a toy compared to this one.

The size of oak tree leaves requires the Turbo Button. “In most cases, normal airflow is sufficient” is not true as I’ve had to use an increase in airflow for MORE than just “brief measures. “ it does take a long time to pick up oak leaves with “normal airflow” as leaves aren’t mulched enough and clogs in tubing. Collection bag cheap material and poor zipper for this type of tool used in dirt and debris. Use zipper slowly as it will malfunction. Zipper teeth too fragile for this type of tool/ conditions. Sadly. This collection bag material should not be used on this caliber of tool. Ruins the entire purpose for buying this tool. I’d rather pay more and receive quality material to withstand process than receive this bag. Veryvery very disappointing Soyus. Defeats the purpose. Vacuum won’t work once zipper malfunctions. Go slow and gentle, deliberate unzipping or lose your vacuum. Won’t handle debris you get with this tool in zipper. Bummer. Very shocked you are selling this bag on this tool. Not okay.

The media could not be loaded.  Let me to brought this leaf blower cordless in the first reason it looks exactly the same as the one I brought at Costco and it is cheaper $100 than the Costco . So I bought it back to see what the difference is. The result surprised me that it is lighter in weight and more flexible in use . It is cordless’s to carry to work for anywhere . We use it on a single charge to clean the sunroom ,the lawn, the lawn mower,all the places that need cleaning . It is enough power for one time. And I returned Costco’s . Recommend this . And I want to sent more videos let you know where I cleaned one time . But it allowed only one video on . In the end I just wanted to say it is worth to buy.

Does a great job moving leaved

Quite pleased with this unit. Lightweight, easy to handle. However, not as powerful as I expected except n turbo power. I guess battery operated units are not as powerful as plug in and the battery does not last as long as advertised. Does the job for clearing grass off the driveway and blowing out a dusty garage. Serves my purpose.

I purchased this blower and battery is not long lasting. Need to return this product. There is no return policy or defective product not be be return. It's wastage of money and time. Not recommend anyone to buy this product. If you charge full battery . It will vanish after 13 minutes.
