Nice prop.Not a strong lense,doesn't really sharpen in sight well,when turning lense.Metal feels tinny,but has enough weight to make it feel good,but seems delicate,may break with alot of carry.The case does not look or feel like real leather..its like recycled material and paper,with a strong mold like smell,kind of gross..

This item is a little cheesy but would probably pass as mildly interesting, mildly functioning table decor. It's appearance isn't bad: a bronze-gold colored metal that has a decent weight to it. Looking through it, the images are magnified slightly. There is a wheel at the top that turns, acting like it zooms in and out but it really doesn't. The case is hard, thin, and leather-like. It does however get a vote for uniqueness on its subject matter tho, I honestly dont remember the last time I saw a monocular, even a cheesy replica of one!

I have got this in perfect condition with other nautical item... Outer box is made of raw leather which is thick not smooth, overall good product in this price

This is has very little magnification (About the same as cheap opera glasses). Buy them for the antique look and you will be happy. buy them for binocular function and be disappointed.
